Final Fantasy Tactics was the second Final Fantasy to be released on the PlayStation, and although it was not part of the actual Final Fantasy series, it still found it's way into the minds of thousands of gamers, becoming a hit. The game offered a similar character class system like Final Fantasy V, but was a tactical role-playing game - a new style for the Final Fantasy franchise.
Final Fantsay Tactics introduced the new kingdom of Ivalice, a setting and theme that would be used for multiple future releases. The game was controlled on a 3D isometric field, where the player can move your party members towards enemies to win battles. The game was well received and several spin-offs were created due to its success.
Time's river flows unbroken through the ages. And in the torrent, myriad histories whirl. But how much of what they tell us is the truth? And how many truths are forever lost to the river's flow...
