Final Fantasy XIIChocobosChocobos are a familiar element in the entire Final Fantasy series. Once again, Square Enix has decided to have these birds appear again but this time... it is different. In the past games, riding a chocobo was often a one way trip, meaning once you got off; that was it. In Final Fantasy XII, the chocobo will not run away from you but rather wait for you for a certain amount of time. The bird will await for you even after you have been off, but once the time limit has run out, the chocobo will run away or kick you off.
