Eurovision Song Contest
I know this is all political and stuff but is anyone else watching this?

GB song was just after the Lithuania song I think.
Wasn't very good though.  Lithuania's was great.  Edit: Wait, I think I get what you mean now. You probably heard it on that program where they were choosing the UK singer. |

GB entries always suck... why dont we ever enter REAL music!
Im glad Finland are winning. Lordi make real music and have great costumes. Im not even a metal fan and im still cheering them on! Wait... theyve won! w00t! (Im not watching but my boyfriend's been giving me a brief of it)!

Only caught the end of the voting. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only did Ireland actually get point (Unlike last year, were it not for the UK) we actually made 10th. Awesome stuff. Don't think much of Lordi though, but I'm not keen on them anyway.

I missed it this year. Hahah. I missed it for about three years in a row now. And I'm glad. This stuff is bullshit. Britain always has such crap. I think if I jumped on stage and straggled a baby with a couple of violin strings, that would sound better then any entry we've ever had... My sister and me used to watch this together when we were younger. Now I know why I was bullied in school. Eurovision song contest, I hate you!

Im not interested in the Eurovision Song Contest because I feel it doesnt seem to be about which country sing the best it is just which country is the most popular. One country will vote for the country they like to help each other out.
Anyone agree or disagree?

Im not too damned about Eurovision either. Actually I fall asleep during it every year ive watched it, so in recent years I never bother watching it. My boyfriend was telling me all about how Finland was winning, which was great because they made an effort. I really think that Britain should enter some real music. If an up and coming indie band was entered, i'd definatly watch it. The Fratellis anyone?
