Does anyone remember the show Weenerville. I know everything was puupets except for the main guy who did it all? I thought his name was Mark Weener or something.

OMG yeah....though I don't remember any epis but I do remember that title.

The channel that shows the old toons doesn't have ALL of them, only some of them.

And in MY day, the shows like Angry Beavers, Catdog, and Rocko, are all on the "new" list. I remember some shows from before all those mentioned above. Yeah, I'm ancient.

Any show created after I was 6 or 7 is "new" to me.

Apparently I was the only one who watched Captain Planet, hell I had the rings! Rugrats came out a little late for me, but I still watched it. It was pretty good, it's been on the air now for like 15 years.

Man when you say back in the day, I have no idea what you are talking about. I grew up with BACK IN THE DAY Nick with shows like Inspector Gadget and the legends Ren & Stimpy. I agree the channel is just not the same anymore and while I enjoyed Doug I found Rugrats too difficult to get interested in.

I don't ever watch the station anymore because I don't find any of the shows I want to watch on it.

My favorite shows on Nick where Are You Afraid of the Dark and All that, but know its just a shame. They totally downgraded their programing for like 5 years olds and less. The Classic All That was relly funny, I always loved the cook who only uses chocolate. Man..... those were the good old days, I'll never forget them.....................

Back in the Days of Nickelodeon.

Well, who Remember's "You can't say that on Television"?

That is where the whole slime thing started.

Or, how about "Dare" Before it was called "Double Dare"?

Hehe...

Now we're talking. I remember both of those shows and they were pretty damn good to. I thought "You can't do that on television" was odd but entertaining, and Double Dare was actually suspenseful when they went through the obstacle course. Helluva alot of fun.

OMG!~ Doug, and Rugrats were the bomb. And this other show that came on only during Halloween at first, caled Aaaah! Real Monsters! it was great, but it started coming on all the time. When I was younger Nickelodeon had those cool Halloween contests you could enter and do stuff on the shows, i always signed up but never won =(

I never did really watch Nickelodeon until we got satellite about 6-ish years ago. I did manage to catch a few things like Aaah! Real Monsters, Legends of the Hidden Temple (or something like that), and a few others. My personal favorite from Nick was Invader Zim....DOOM!
