John Devlin awoke to shouting. Someone crashed threw his door and said" Mr.Devlin, Mr.Devlin!!" "That's Mayor Devlin" I replied. "Yes sir, but it's an emergency, feinds are attacking!!!" "Oh no!" I said as I got out of bed, got dressed, grabbed my brass-knuckled leather gloves and ran out the door. The man's words were proven when I saw a large behemoth step out from a house with another man chasing it down with a sword and other feinds burning down houses. So I rushed in to join the fight...
I had just helped slay the last beast when I noticed it was a sinspawn. Whoa, I thought to myself. Not wanting to think about it any longer I went back to my private house and went back to sleep letting the others deal with the bodies of the sinspawn... It was severas hours later that I woke up again. This time it was to the sounds of heavy boots ringing off the wooden floor of the house.
A man called from near my door. He said " I know your here Devlin." I got up and walked to the door and opened it. On the other side was an old man wearing sunglasses and a big red coat, I'll never forget the coat. " Ahh there you are, boy!" "May I ask who you are sir?" I say in my politest way.
" Ah yes my name, they call me Auron." " T-T-he great Auron?" I say bewildered. And that was when my life changed for good....

Sayuni wiped her hand across her face, smearing grease across her fore head."There you go ma'am."She said putting down her wrench and standing up,"It should work fine now."
"dryhg oui cu silr.Thank you."Said the Al Bhed woman."Don't worry about it.I would like to wash up though if you have a room avaliable?"The Al Bhed smiled.She lead Sayuni to a room inside the Inn."Thank you for fixing the machina control panel.It sure was fortunate that you came to the Mihin Highroad today."Said the woman.Sayuni smiled,"tuh'd funno ypuid ed.It felt nice to work with machinery again.The woman polietly said thank you again and Sayuni went into the bathroom, closing the door.She turned on the water and got undressed.She turned off the water about halfway and slipped into the tub.She washed off and cleaned her matted hair.She relaxed in the tub and found her self slowly drifting to sleep....
She was awoke by a loud crash."Suhcdanc!""Ramb!""Cehcbyfh!Edc pylg!"Sayuni jumped out of the tub and threw on her clothes."tyshed.."She whispered,running out the door still wet.She was surprised by what she saw.People were running and a large monster was attacking a group cornered in the chocobo corral.Sayuni ran over and jumped into battle.

Lania grinned as she ducked behind some storage crates in one of Luca's unpublicised back alley's. Her grin grew wider as she took a bite out of the warm bread roll she'd just swiped from a little old ladies stall. It was the first piece of food she'd had in the last 24 hours and she closed her eyes as it slipped easily down her throat. "Damn," she whispered too herself, "I needed that." She jumped slightly as she heard two gruff voices barking out orders. "Find that thief!" the first voice commanded. "But, sir...I don't know where..." "Just shut up and do as I say!" Lania heard a pair of footsteps moving away but froze where she was seated. After a few seconds of silence she risked a peak around the side of the crate. "Ahhhhhh!" she screamed as she came face to face with one of the little old ladies rather muscular sons. He smirked as he growled down at her, "Found you" Lania glared up at him and said through gritted teeth, "Let-me-go." The man laughed heartily for a moment, "Or what?" Lania smiled up at him then leapt off the floor like a cat to land behind him. In doing so she twisted his arm completely round. The man bellowed in pain. Careful not to drop her roll she unsheathed one of her daggers and hit the man with the flat side of the balde with as much force as she could muster. He dropped like a stone and landed rather painfully on her foot. "Damn," she cursed before smiling again and taking another bite out of her roll. "I just heard something down here!" a voice called behind her. Lania spun around to find three men staring incredulously at her. She grinned meekly at tham, "Oops!" Then with unnatural agility she jumped onto the crates and vaulted over the wall.

Saphire walked down the dirty crowded street, a young girl ran across her, Saphire sighed and shook her head "Honestly..The manners of some people." She muttered and she carried on walking, the passers by all stared at her. This was one of the things she hated the most, So what If im 'different' it's no reason to stare.. She thought. She looked down at her Black and white dress Well..Maybe I do dress a tiny bit funny..But hey I like it and I shouldn't have to change because of what they think.. Saphire smiled and walked down to the docks, "Oh Besaid how I miss you.. Sure I like it here, It's where I was raised, but Besaid you just feel so much like home to me." She said to herself as she looked over to the fast setting sun. The sky glowed orange and the clear blue waters glimmered.

Saphire heard a screaming behind her, people where fleeing in all directions, she looked up and saw a large tentacle like monster slashing down and people. Sin Spawn.. She thought. Saphire ran over and started fighting it, she looked around there was anybody with a deseant wepon in site, it looked like she was going to have to fight the monster alone. She drew her long sword and the tentacle went to smack down at her but Saphire quickly slashed out at it creating a slit in it in pulled back and screeched in pain, blue blood dripped down it and it smacked back again and Saphire did the same as before.

John Devlin got off the boat in Luca. And headed towards the hotel near the blitzball stadium. He walked up to the receptionists desk outside and asked for a room. She gave him the key to room D987. John got to the stairs and started walking, she had said it was on the thirtieth floor. Since when did they have that many floors? thought John. When he finally reached the thirtieth floor ( a good hour and thirty minutes after he had started his climb) John walked over to his room. He found the door and opened it with the key. John walked to the bed and layed down. His mind was racing from the past three days. He had met Sir Auron and had been told to travel to Luca to find a man named Wakka who was supposedly staying in the hotel that John was in. So John had gotten on a boat headed to Luca still thinking about the sinspawn he had encountered at his village. He had so many questions. Then he thought back to asking Auron why he was to meet this Wakka guy. Auron had told him he had come to Luca with his wife Lulu to see a blitzball tournament. I asked Auron the question again. He said Wakka and Lulu used to be guardians to a Summoner and knew a lot about sinspawn so here I am...

Seppai hopped off the rock face, down onto the Newoad segment of the Mi'Hen Highroad. Two Al Bhed children were staring at him in wonder; that rock face was practically vertical. He flashed them a grin and explained. "Crundlid vnus Djose. E fuimth'd dno ed ev E fana oui!" He walked past the two boys, then froze in his tracks as he heard some screaming from the Corral. Cred he thought, Sicd pa Sinspawn, and began to run.

As he reached the corral, he beheld a huge, beclawed monster having at a small group of hapless commoners. The beast had its back to him. Perfect. The monster reached upwards with one hand, about to smash it down upon its victms, when Seppai sent a bullet thudding into its forearm. It swung around, but Seppai was gone, with only a faint magical mist remaining. Masked by his Shadow magic, Seppai charged forward, leaped into the air, twisted around and landed on the monster's head, plunging a knife into the side of its neck and holding on for dear lafe as it began trying to throw him off.

Sayuni dodged as the monster moved moved.It was then that she noticed that it was sinspawn, and that someone was holding on to it."Dra cdibet eteud.Dro'mm kad drascamjac gemmat."She whispered."Damn you,Sinspawn." Sayuni lunged and rolled, leaving her arms open and slicing the thing in it's leg.She turned around and got ready to use magic but remembered the person on top."Cred.."She ducked and moved around the monster as it attacked her.She kept dodging,trying to find a better attack point..

Looking down, Seppai barely made out someone else trying to fight the sinspawn. He smirked a little; she would probably want a shot at the thing herself. Sheathing his knife, he leaped into the air again, taking out his guns as he spun around in midair until he was facing downwards. Holding out his weapons, he fired until the pistols clicked, out of ammo. He landed in a crouch, rolled to the side as the sinspawn took a swing at him. He went into a large backflip, more for show than to get out of the way. He looked over at the young woman who had attacked. "Ra'c ymm ouinc. Ryja yd ed!"

Over the past few days John Devlin had been seeking out Wakka and Lulu. Wwll, yesterday he finally found them at one of the stalls selling weapons. When he walked up to them Wakka spun around and said "are you John Devlin?" Stunned and a bit dazed that he knew my name I replied "I don't even know you, and you know my name, how?" Suddenly Auron stepped away from some spot I hadn't payed to much attention to before and spoke. "Finally you show up Devlin and why wouldn't they know who you are, I ofcourse came here first and told them." Speechless I just stood there until Lulu said they were buying new weapons to go with me, all of them and we were going to travel just like the old summmoners did and find a few old friends. "You're all coming with me?!?" I said struck stupid still. "Ofcourse!!!" they all said. Auron said that I should buy a new weapon just incase so I walked up to the counter and bought me a good sword for ong 3,000 Gil. I pulled the spikes out of my gloves, put them, in my pocket and sl;ung the sword over my shoulder. "Um where do we start?" I asked. "We ofcourse start at the Mi'ihen Highroad from here." said Auron. So we all walked up to the entrance to the Mi'ihen Highroad. WE continued out and as we were walking up the Highroad we kept seeing people running even some Al Bhed included and saying that feinds were up ahead and a giant Sinspawn was with them. So we hurried on until we got to the end of the first stretch, but when we got there we found a few fiends waiting for us too. A Garuda, a Vouivre, a Bomb, and two Dual Horn's were sitting there in the middle of the path waiting for passerby. Wakka stepped forward and threw a spiked blitzball at the Garuda and killed it instantly. Auron barely touched the Vouivre with his sword and it fell over dead, and Lulu cast blizzaga on the Bomb. All's that was left were the Dual Horn's. I took it that this was my turn. So I ran up to them, unslung my sword, and did ten critical blow combos on each one and walked back to the group as both fell over dead. Breathing heavily I put the sword back on my shoulder and we walked on. W got halfway through the second stretch before a new, what appeared to be Gaurda flew towards us. Oh god not a Zu" said Auron. He walked forward and preformed a power break and then an armor break just to be sure. Next Lulu walked one step forward and preformed a few thundagas. After she was done Wakka threw his spiked blitzball at the bird and took a step back because it tried to hit him with a wing. It was my turn so I summoned energy inside me and performed my ten hit critical blow move again. Finally after all of that hard work the Zu fell onto the ground dead. We moved on and headed for Rin's...

Sayuni watched as the man jumped down from the fiend."Ra'c ymm ouinc. Ryja yd ed!"He said."Alright."She said smiling."I will!"She lunged at it and front flipped in the air bringing her daggers down through its stomach.She then jumped backwards and cast Waterga.It didn't work very well.Sayuni frowned.Her frustration at the fiend caused her overdrive to reach its limit.All right!She let her overdrive loose and unleashed her attack."Die!"She screamed.With her attack finished she sat there panting.To her surprise it wasn't quite dead yet.Great...She thought,catching her breath.She dodged as it went for her.This could be trouble..

Lania chuckled to herself as she heard the men shouting angrily from the other side of the wall. They were so dumb, did they really think she was just going to stand around waiting for them to catch her? She sighed contentedly and took another bite out of her roll. She didn't care that she was officially labelled a street urchin, she enjoyed it. Not having people telling you what to do, it was her life and she lived it however she wanted. It helped that she was pretty famous amongst the people of the backstreets. To them she was known as 'Little Tricky' due to her expertise in the art of stealing.

A pathetic mewing interrupted Lania's thoughts and she glanced up. It sounded like a small cat in pain and her natural instinct was to find it and help it; perhaps she'd even share her roll. So she ran forward eagerly only to stop dead in her tracks. A small black, insect like creature was bursting forth from what looked like a crysallis. It had been along time since Lania had seen one but she instantly knew what it was. Sinspawn. After a few seconds of deathly silence the sinspawn seemed to note her presence and began to move haltingly towards her. She was in such a state of shock that she only managed to grab her daggers as it jumped fiercely at her face...

John was running ahead of Auron and the others because he had heard a sinspawn and people screaming. When he emerged from the Highroad only a minute before everyone was running after him. John stopped dead in his tracks watching the horror as dead Al Bhed lying everywhere, he saw two Al Bhed fighting what looked like a giant sinspawn. " Oh god the Chocobo Eater is back!" said Wakka when they all caught up to John. After seeing so much death my eyes turned blood red and John unslung his sword from his back. " I'll handle this" was all he said. "That sinspawn better watch out, it looks like John has bloodlust!' said Auron. Meanwhile John walked up to the gianty beast and called out to the two Al Bhed fighting it ''Hey I'll kill it from here!!" John said and let the bloodlust take over him as he jumped at the sinspawn. He managed to get on top of it's head and send a combo of moves down at it. It fell down and he jumped infront of it's face. John's bloodred eyes was the last thing the sinspawn ever saw again as he rammed his blade into it's face killing it.

Sayuni looked at the strange man that had just killed the sinspawn.She was glad for his help,but had wanted to kill it herself.Oh wellShe thought,sighing.She then noticed the people around him.High Summoner Yuna's ex-guardians.She was nervous, but hid it as she walked up to the man."Thank you."She said."My name is Sayuni.Thank you for killing the sinspawn."She put her daggers away and walked back to the Inn.I may seem rude but I really need to finish my bath now.Besides I'm still wet and hardly presentable.She walked back to her room and noticed that the water had gotten cold.Shit..She let out the water and grabbed a blowdryrer.She set her clothes to the side,wearing only her under clothes,and dryed them.When they were finally dry she dryed her hair and slipped tham back on.She quickly ran a brush threw her hair and threw herself on the bed."I can't believe that I just walked away from them!I must seem so disrespectful".She closed her eyes and slowly fell asleep.

After the girl, Sayuni I believe walked off John decided to help Rin and his friends help out the bodies of the fallen AlBhed and the sinspawn he had just killed. "Since you helped kill the sinspawn you and your friends can have free rooms" Rin said when we were done cleaning up the bodies. He looked me directly in the eyes and flinched. " So you have the bloodlust, well your a friend of mine since you saved us anyway." He walked off after he said this though. Auron walked up and said " nice way to keep control of the bloodlust, you have it and that suprises me because the only other person I had seen with it was Ject."
Twenty minutes later after a shower I was in my room ready to sleep. But I heard what appeared to be snoring from the next room over. I walked to the next room and knocked on the door. The person who opened it was the Al Bhed girl Sayuni. "Sorry to disturb you" I said. But she wasn't paying attention to my words, she was staring into my eyes. She let out a shiver and said astonished " your eyes are blood red, that means you have the bloodlust!"
