Suzu added more to the impact trying to break the old man's barrier, he then noticed that the barrier was slowly replenishing itself. He knew that he couldn't hold out much longer so he let go from the barrier and jumped back. Suzu clutched his chest breathing the hard and musty air;Suzu's heart was beating fast from all the energy he used up for his first plan.

Instantly, the old mage summoned stone warriors emerging from the earth each with their own dark brown clay weapons. Suzu was surprised from the mage's different variety of spells so he spun his blade forward until he could hit directly. In formation Suzu saw that the stone warriors brought their swords up to the sky then stopped until it pointed straight at him knowing that it was their turn to attack. Suzu knew that time was running out so he mustn't hesitate in using oppurtunties that was given to him so he slashed left to right trying to shatter the warriors jumped against a wall thrust down at the old man giving it his all..

His sword pressed against the barrier trying to prevent it from being replenished, the more he began to endure the pain from his many injuries his sword began to crack slowly..

In a quick move, Suzu penetrated the mage's earthen guards and struck at him. Without a barrier, the old man stood defenseless in his regenerative state. Suzu's blade thrust through the old man's body. The mage, having lost all his magical energy, fell to his knees and dropped his cane. His skin rapidly grew tight as his body's age excelled at an extreme rate. Soon afterwards, little but dust remained in his wake. Before him, an item lay on the ground...Ancient Staff

Now all that remained were several spoils and the doors to the princess...

Suzu fell down to the ground as he finally defeated the seemingly godly old mage, he stood up seeing that his sword had many cracks on its surface he picked it up put it back into its sheath until repairs. As he walked slowly to the path to the princess he spotted an item that appeared to be his enemy's weapon he picked it up from the ground and held it up to his face, "I'll remember you old man." Suzu then snapped and remembered that he had to save the young princess so he dashed through the open path until he could finally catch up to his comrades.

At last, the red dragon was vanquished. As he recovered from the slight dizzyness from the dragon's flailing, and seeing as how he was slightly burned again from the dragon's breath, he saw the rewards on the floor. "The scales would confection mighty armor", he thought to himself. He took the shard in his right hand, sheathed his blade, grabbed and guarded the red scales, and took the other warrior's necklace, in the same hand he held the shard. He went to the place where the other warrior stood, and offered him the shard, plus returning his neckalce.

"Here, take it. And here's your share." Oskar spoke to the warrior. He reminded he had not properly introduced himself as he wondered who was the warrior. "I guess we haven't introduced ourselves, right? I'll start first. Name's Oskar. Nice to meet ya, comrade"...

Oskar introduced himself and as he finished, Soyin then spoke out..." Thanks for my reward, but are you alright? And my name is Soyin, I train as a palidin, but i use samurai weapons, thanx for everything!" Soyin lifted his arm and formed his fingers in the peace position and said..."Was I good? And smiled in this cartoonish smirk!"

And yet, as what little time remained raced by, the warriors took their time...

Suddenly, the earth began rumbling violently, throwing about the entire castle. Bricks and debris fell onto the floor as the tower waved in the air, barely holding together. For each warrior, the destination stood only a little away. It was still a competition, and the first to reach it would succeed.

The tower tore in half, a large schism forming behind them and sealing their retreat. Somehow still standing, the tower more than welcomed the warriors' advance to rescue the princess.

"Soyin, eh? And a Paladin in training? Well, that's a surprise: hardly do I meet a brother-in-arms in actual field operations. There's future to the Paladinhood, after all..." Oskar said to the young Soyin. Suddenly, the tower shook violently, tearing half of the building down. Instantly, he remembered the Princess was still ahead. The Dragon gone, he had to look for his comrade Suzu, who was on the way to the princess. He started to run swiftly towards the princess' room, not before he advised the other.

"Soyin, there's little time. We have to rush to the room. Follow me...

"Where's Oskar.. and that other warrior?" Suzu asked himself although this is a competition it doesn't mean that he help his comrades along the way. Instead as he traveled through the broken path he leaves scratch marks on the standing walls where Oskar and the young one will know how to continue. The first message he gave to them was:

The floor is shattered and the walls seem to flame makesure you have something to protect yourself and the young one from the inferno. Walk quickly and best of luck my friend..

P.S Don't worry about me I made it through..

From the cracks spews of fire burst out from the walls as Suzu landed on a safe platform he drew his half-broken sword and slashed the fire from burning him. The platform was the shape of a rectangle so Suzu had space to dodge the fire from his left. Fires died down for a few minutes so Suzu could easily jump to the other side without any problems, as his foot landed his slipped off the edge. Suddenley another fire burst emerged coming from both sides, before it scorched him Suzu managed to hang from the edge.

Just barely he would've been inserated he safely climbs back up, salutes Oskar and runs forward.

And hence dawns the end of our first event...

Suzu grasps the door's handle and quickly swings it open. He dives in just as a pillar of flame bursts from where he previously stood. Suzu immediately shuts the door behind him and gazes at his surroundings.

In front of him, a lovely princess lay in the bed, undisturbed by the chaotic events outside. Suzu slowly walks to her bed and kneels at her side, taking her soft, pale hand. Suddenly, the princess bursts into a cloud of light particles, slowly drifting towards the ceiling. Where she once lay, a gleaming emerald blade similar to his own appeared. Carefully, the warrior grabbed the sword and lifted it up. The victorious participant shone momentarily, warding away the nearby flames. With a brilliant flash, the warriors disappeared from the castle...

Event #2 9/29 - 10/12

Kaitou entered through the double-doors leading into the room. He gazed upon the large room, amazed by all the fancy decorations and surroundings. The floor was covered with a red carpet, and the pillars protruding from the walls were decorated with fancy streamers and ribbons. Lights polluted the ceiling and walls, bringing a stinging pain to his eyes. A large chandelier hung in the center of the large dome ceiling, holding up dozens of bulbs. He resisted the urge to rip it down. Outside the windows, the pitch black sky could be seen. Against the windows and walls stood long tables dressed in fancy red and gold tablecloths. Upon the tables were thousands of dishes containing food.

After a few seconds of trying to accustom to the bright atmosphere, Kaitou made his way to the center of the room. Several others stood about him, paired up into twos or threes chatting away. He held up his right arm and looked at his digital watch. He was still a few minutes early, so it might be a while before the others arrived.

Making his way to the restroom, he loosened his tie slightly to allow a little more space for breathing. Inside, he looked into a mirror and gazed upon himself. He rather detested his look. The formal wear didn't do well for him. His tie was off-center slightly, his dress shirt a little wrinkled, and his shoe strings barely hanging together. His hair style remained the same, for he had no intention of changing it no matter the occasion.

Kaitou rotated his shoulders slightly and tried to get more comfortable in his uncomfortable clothes. He cleared his throat and fixed his tie before walking back out the restroom. Looking around, he noticed the double-doors opening as one of the participants entered.

Stepping into the large double-doors, Oskar wondered why he was summoned to this place. Formal dress, too. He went on his finest clothing: a tuxedo with a black coat and white shirt, black pants and a shimmering black bowtie. His shoes were well-shined and black, and he wore a pair of white gloves. His hair was tied, and covered with hairgel to keep it combed. He was not used to wear formal clothes: he felt way uncomfortable. He was more in home adventuring.

As he opened the doors, he saw the amazing feast in the long table, set, he thought, for a large group of people. "A feast...a formal party...well, guess I have to set to 'rich guy' mode..." he thought to himself, as he straightened his back and closed the doors. Stepping forward, he noticed the room was empty. Or so he thought, except for one person exiting a nearby room. On a deeper inspection, the figure seemed quite familiar. Seeing as nobody else was there, he looked for a seat far from the table while he expected the rest of the people...and the person who summoned all to here...

Kaitou's face brightened. Being in such a large room without a familiar face tends to unnerve him. Shoving his hands into his pockets, he casually made his way towards the warrior. As he got closer, an image suddenly flashed into his head of an earlier battle against the warrior. He quickly dismissed it as nothing.

Stopping in front of him, he removed his right hand from his pocket and held it in front of him, welcoming a friendly handshake. "Glad you could make it. Name's Kaitou. You?"

The relative calm on the place broke as the individual closed by. In a flash, memories of the battle against the angel, the same battle that left him a scar on his right arm came to his mind. Why it happened, he didn't knew... He reacted to the individual's sudden introduction, arm extended. He answered with a firm handshake, and a brief, courteous bow.

"My name is Oskar, nice meeting you", he replied. "By any reason, do you know who has summoned us to here...or who else may be coming?", he asked, wondering. He imagined maybe Suzu, or Soyin, could be invited to the party as well...

Soyin quietly opened the double doors hoping not to draw attention, he walked slowly past the doors and closed them tightly. He looked around expecting to see some familiar faces, his eyes then met a face that was indeed familiar, one of the warriors that he competed against, the one he fought the dragon with! He wore his finest clothing, a white tux along with glimmering white dress shoes. He also wore his treasured necklace, and a light grey tie, loose on his neck, but he wasn't wearing his usual headband for the ocasion, it was burnt from the last battle! He sneakishly walked over stood across from the warrior and said....." Hi, um....Oskar is it? Hows your arm?

With an exchange of introductions, each member learned each other's names. Kaitou shook hands with both members and exchanged names. He was rather disappointed though, since his friend, Suzu, had not yet arrived. Perhaps he had not received the invitation, or he could not come due to other troubles.

Kaitou shoved his right hand into his pocket again. He could looked over to the feast and ignored his stomach's drive to eat. Once one more participant arrived, he stop worrying about introductions and eat.

"I believe one more should be coming. As for the reason you all are here, this party will give everyone a chance to communicate and interact outside of a battle atmosphere. Don't worry though, there will be more to come later. You guys should go eat, I'll join you shortly once another guest arrives."

He noticed that both warriors were paladins, the younger one to a certain extent. He hoped that the two would interact better and perhaps help each other in regard to battle techs.
