Well, the topic is a little iffy but i'll go with it anyways

the reason why i started this thread is to see peoples reactions to this question, now before you think this is stupid you have to answer

not really but here.....

if you had to choose one band/singer/songwriter/etc. to meet, who would you meet?

i think it's a good question and it took me a while to answer this myself but i would meet Matthew Bellamy the lead singer of Muse

This isn't stupid at all. Many music lovers have an idol they wish to meet. Mine would be Yoshiki from X-Japan, an amazing musician and writer. He's truly someone who has revealed dedication to what he loves and a talent that is pure, not bought.

But in all seriousness I would Ishahn as I seem him as one of the few people I see eye to eye with and I would go to his cabin and get trashed discussing the inferior complex society has formed... and there goes my credit of being kvlt-az-fvkk

I've already met and hung out with loads of bands back when the Madison Theater was open here in Peoria.

However, if I had to choose someone that I wanted to meet, it'd probably have to be someone that I listened to when I was growing up, the people who either molded me or pointed me in the direction that I'm going now in terms of music. People like Ozzy, Billy Idol (yeah, I ****in like Billy Idol), Rob Zombie (from back in the day, back when White Zombie were still a group, that's the Rob Zombie that I wanted to meet) and Bruce Dickinson.

I want to meet Henkka T. Blacksmith, the bassist of Children of Bodom. He's just a completely stand-up guy and seems very respectable. I'd like to know all about how he got started in music and I'd like to know what he's like in person. He's probably the guy I look up to the most in the music industry. Not because he's the best bassist I've ever heard, but because of who he is as a person.
