Okay my ? is what would you do to be come a Rock star. I heard a song on these.He was saying or asking would you even cut my hair and change my name. I would for sure but I talking about what would you give up to become a rock star.

Work my ass off to become incredibly good at my instrument and become a really damn good song writier.

Oh wait, I'm already doing that. Cutting your hair and changing your name are just the tip of the ****ing ice berg when it comes to becoming a rock star.

i would **** anyone, or modify myself in any way. i don't give a shit. you think the ability to shred and being a "really damn good song writer" is going to make you a rock star? think again. just look at all the chochy talentless puds that become famous these days. unfortunately it's not about talent or the ability to play your instrument.

no matter how good you think you are there's always going to be someone better than you. if you want to be a rock star, just act like you already are - be in a band that doesn't suck ass and start playing your little heart out everywhere you can get your grubby little paws on. talk to bands with more fans, attract the attention of people in the industry, sleep with your fans, do drugs, continue to not suck, rinse repeat.

Yeah, man. It's not like any of the great musicians were any good at their instruments. They just had sex a lot, did drugs and played a lot, because recording labels are always looking for the most ****ed up people they can.

On that note, never try to get better at your instrument. Postalblowfish says so, because there will always be someone better, therefore never try. Oh wait, if you don't try, you won't get noticed. Flawless. It doesn't matter that nobody will really care if that other person is better than you, because your fans paid to go to your show, not the other guy's.

I don't think I would want to be a rock star. Being critisized is hard enough, but man to be in the shoes of some of these people... I just would not want that kind of life. Media breathing down your neck all the time, scary people chasing you...it wouldn't be for me. So I guess that I would basically give up nothing because I just don't think I would want to be one.

Well to become a rock star I'd work my ass to learn an instrument and do what I could. Become more educated to do what I could. Daddy pretty much sums it up. It's not about parties or sex. It's about the skill you posses with your instrument.

The question is not "What would you do?????"

The real question is " What would jesus do............... for a klondyke bar?"

Answer is pretty much nothing, the guy is as dead as my desire to be a rock star, surely I'd like to be a good musician and record some kickass albums, and am currently working on that, but the title of rock start is not something I aim nor desire to get, the moment you start getting that kind of label the hardest it is for you to actually focus on doing some great music, although there had been some cases where this does not apply(Mike Patton) the majority of the cases go with this statement.
