I am sure there was a thread about this, not too long ago... But eh, it's dead now. In any case, your post is too short. Please make it longer. I don't know how, but make it longer. Like, say a little something about the genres you like, or the bands therein, or something. Just make it longer.
I've always loved me some ska, or ska-punk, or ska-core, or ska... rock. Anything that has elements of ska in it, but is also faster and more rockin' than the original ska. (I don't really care for original ska all that much, I've found. Hate to admit it.) I like bands such as Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, Mad Caddies, Cellphish, Suburban Legend, Five Iron Frenzy, Bosstones, anything in between. That is my favorite genre. However, I also like any genre that is pretty rockin' and fast (and melodic), like Punk. Although I've also been known to listen to a bit of country and folk too, however... techno, electronica, some rap, too... hmm... Wuv, Yer Mom

I like to listen to the Classic Rock and maybe Metal or Rock. I'm not sure what Ozzy Ozborne fits under. My fav. bands are Queen, ACDC, and Led Zepplin,and The Prince of Darkness, Ozzy. I also like Greenday and Gorillaz.

I like pretty much a wide range of music. Basically, I listen to anything that I have heard and like.
There's a mix of rock, J-pop, Canto-pop, K-pop, indie, electronica, techno, and lots of other genres. |

The kind you listen to.
I suck at putting different things in different catagories, genres they call them. By default, and since it is the easiest thing for me to say, I always put down Alternative Rock for this sort of question. I'm not sure what makes it "alternative" but there you have it. Progressive might be another thing that I enjoy, but who knows. Radiohead, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Silverchair, The Flaming Lips, Rush, and Machinae Supremacy are a few of my favorite bands. Coheed & Cambria is enjoyable as well. Someone tell me what kind of music I like. I will shoot the person who responds to me with an insult at my preferred music. Through the internet.

 /redvsblue Anywho, my tastes have expanded a bit as of late. I'd still say that I'm mostly into power metal such as Blind Guardian, Kamelot and Iced Earth, but I've moved into a few alternative directions, such as HIM. Valo makes me laugh.

Long story short, I listen to metal. To ellaborate a bit, I suppose I mostly listen to doom, thrash, and heavy metal. I also love sludge, stoner rock/metal, and classic rock. I have a bit of a soft spot for blues as well, and occasionally some alternative rock like Big Black, Slint, Royal Trux, etc...
