what type of music equipment do u ppl use for ur electric gutair? i am thinkning about geeting one, and do u ppl have any suggestions what to use?

ok. i will try to get them. my older bro is at california at a school to learn hoiw to play guitar better. and he left 3 electric gutairs behind and 2 amps. maybe i could put them to good use.

My personal preference in amps are Crate and Mesa Boogie.

Old Fender is worth buying, but new Fender along with Marshall is overpriced, poorly constructed crap.

When it comes to Crate, I really like their solid states. I've never really been much of a fan of tube amps. But if you want loud and beautiful tone no matter your style, go with Mesa...triple rectifier. That thing's louder than any other amp that I've ever heard.

But these are meant for some serious playing...half stacks and full stacks. If you're just wanting a little practice amp that packs a nice punch but doesn't cost a fortune, I'd go with Line 6. They've got some pretty nice combos for reasonable prices.

I just wish I had a audio switcher w/ a control box to control all those pedals with. I don't like taking all those pedals around on stage except for when it's needed.

A squire Strat is a good choice for begginers. you can get Fender Squire started sets which includes 1 guitar, strap, plectrum, squire amp, lead, vidio, magazine and sometimes a cd
I have a Yamaha accoustic, Fender Squire Black Strat, And an Encore Sunburst bass.

Well I have three electric one accoustic and a classical.

My three electrics are a , black Fender Telecaster ( Mexican , who cares if its not American ) a Fender Jagmaster , it's got some nice humbuckers on it but it's so heavy , a black Fender Squier Strat , it's my first guitar , have it on my wall as a kind of momento , don't really play it much , played my first gig with it so its more for sentiment.

OK Amp , its a 50 watt Huges and Ketter , its got some real nice reverb on it and sounds great , its sturdy as hell and has never let me down.

Pedals/effects , well I 've got a Danelectro Daddy O overdrive pedal , its loud and well..loud , I've got a Boss Chorus pedal ( best chorus there is ) I've got this really weird delay/reverb box thing , its kinda hard to describe but its one of my favourites , and a Digi tech multi effects , its kinda hard to use and I'd never use it in a live gig situation it gives off the most unholy feed back ever.

So thats pretty much my gear.
