I know there are alot of threads alot like this but there is no thread that says What's your favorite band, so what is it and what kind of music do they play? Mine are well I have 3, and you can have as many favorite bands as you like because some people have more than one favorite band my personal favorites are 1.12 stones which is alternative rock 2.Demon Hunter which is heavy metal, and Probably 3.Weird Al because he does all sorts of music and he makes fun of bands like Eminem, Avril Lavigne, Nelly, and much more but anyway what's your favorite band or bands. | ||||||||

472 | Mine would be MCR or Sawloser, Im between those two. I think that the music is very cool. I just got the CD of Sawloser a moment ago and Im going to listen to it later. MCR has been my fave. for a very long time, so I would say 50% 50%. Also The Used is a very cool one.

3,017   | Nirvana Love the music, love the lyrics, like the "i don't care" style of the band. I could go on and on, I like the distortion and harmony mixed together on tracks like Drain You and Heart Shaped Box. I'm not going to type a ton of shite here, I have explained this a thousand times and it's obvious with the S/N who I like anyway.

n/a | Owe yea and did I tell you guys that weird Al makes fun of nirvana "hehe" but I'm serious it's called smells like nirvana is stead of smells like teen spirit it's funny I heard both the smells like teen spirit and smells like nirvana and the Weird Al one is hilarious especially after hearing the original version, but you would'int probably like it. | ||||||||

7,685 | Well, from that list, I like Weird Al and Eminem... But I'm really a fan of metal bands and jazz. I wouldn't say I have a favourite band, but my favourite bandsss! Would have to be... Opeth - because I can listen to their songs again and again without getting bored. Nevermore - my boyfriend sort of got me into them when I was at his place, so I got some of their tracks, and I love. Dream Theater - I love the vocals and the heavier riffs. Amazing band. There are more, but y'know... I don't want to put too many. ^^;

Say what you will, but Barlow is the best vocalist around in my humble opinion, and even on the albums that have someone else singing, they do a good job. Shaffer's galloping guitar rythms are always a treat, and his song writing skills are unmatched. Dracula, A Question Of Heaven, etc. And I have no clue how you can't know the genre but I suppose I should put it anyways. Power/thrash metal.
