Underworld Soundtracks

Since I got the Underworld Evolution soundtrack last night, I have been very happy!
I bought the first soundtrack after seeing the first Underworld film, but was a little disappointed. The one song i had really wanted was the one song that wasn't on the soundtrack!! (The song played first during the credits.)

Then I saw the second film, and was disappointed in THAT, but still wanted to get the soundtrack. Turns out that all the music on it is f**king EXCELLENT!! It's a good mixture of music, even if you didn't like the film. It has music by cool bands like Trivium and Alkaline Trio.

Looks like they went downhill on the 2nd soundtrack IMO, alot of mainstream piece of shit fad bands. The first soundtrack is about 100 times better.

i disagree, i only liked about 4 of the songs on the first soundtrack, and i like all of the ones on the second.
I guess it's just different tastes in music.

Yeah, when you deal with these current members most of us like non-mainstream bullshit, including myself. In fact that soundtrack looks like shit too. But since I'm sure there is a great difference in how hard we like to rock you will disagree again. Let's see here, Slipknot, Trivium, Lacuna Coil are the only ones I can really have stand out. Slipknot though needs to go back to their older stuff cause goddamn was it just pure awesome. Anyway, good movie soundtracks are like Queen of the Damned, Resident Evil, etc etc...it's too bad you don't like much metal.

oh don't get me wrong, i've heard much better bands that those, just don't get me to list them all coz theres too many!

Most of the bands aren't good on the soundtrack...for instance, i'm not that keen on Lacuna Coil. But those particular songs are really good, and the Lacuna Coil one is much better than any they have done in the past. I wanna get the Resident Evil soundtrack too.

And don't forget that most of those songs are remixes.
