Need some help finding the artist of this song...

I was at the Nine Inch Nails show in Champaign last night and during their setup, there was this really cool spoken word type of music playing. It was slower and it had some creepy ambient style music behind it and the guy talking sounded alot like Vincent Price (though I'm almost sure it wasn't him).

The guy was naming off all of these violent side effects of some pill and he said something like, "Kiss me again and again"....or something along those lines. It was really ****ed up, but for some reason, I really liked it. Does anyone know who this might have been?

It's been driving me crazy. I've tried to search for it online, but I came up with no luck...please...help me.

It was super difficult to find, but it is from a movie called "Blue" by Derek Jarman. I guess the soundtrack consists of him reading the script, which is very twisted, but artistic in a way. You'd have to read into it a bit more to understand, though. But here is what I heard last night that caught my attention...the lyrics that I was referring to..

Retinal detachments have been observed in patients both before and after initiation of therapy. The drug has caused decreased sperm production in animals and may cause infertility in humans, and birth defects in animals. Although there is no information in human studies, it should be considered a potential carcinogen since it causes tumours in animals.

In order to be put on the drug you have to sign a piece of paper stating you understand that all these illnesses are a possibility.
