They aren't bad.

I kept seeing them in all the emo kids profiles on various sites, so I decided to listen to em. They are pretty cool, though the guy sings way too much like the dude from Fallout Boy.

I first heard their song "I write sins, not tragedies" on Kerrang Radio, and instantly liked them. Then i heard it on Kerrang about 25 more times, and thankfully, its one of those songs that DOESNT get annoying after hearing it twice.

I've got about 7 of their songs now, downloaded, but to be honest i only like about 3 of them. They're a good band, but not really my type of music.
