I saw Heat this weekend. I liked it but had been expecting more. I think The Departed, for example, is better. Granted, there's ten years between those films, but I just thought Heat would be better.

Ooooh that sucks. Seems odd that you'd get stage fright at this point, but stranger things have happened.

Lip is totally his thing. Haha. I am busy and have moments when I succumb to feeling stressed out, but for the most part, I'm doing well. How are YOU?

Well that would have been weird.

Thanks much for clearing that up, I hadn't actually checked the links, to be honest. I just remember distrusting anything from pajamasmedia. I should probably actually read the links before commenting though.

I try to play my cards close to my chest. Makes it easier to surprise people.

Deliberate misinformation? Sort of smothering it to disguise the outright lies?

And people wonder why the White House dislikes Fox News.

    Haha.

After two years of studying English and Dutch, I have French again (I'm studying Journalism now). Now I realise how bad my spoken French is. I have to rethink everything.

    My written is good though.

So feel free to ask for help.

    Nice.

I really need to see The Big Lebowski.

But I don't seem to have a lot of time these days.

    Not at all.

But I share a lot of his ideas. Society doesn't provide satisfaction.

If anything, Tyler Durden is more of a Buddhist. Apart from the fighting.

I think I respond to the movie really well because of the philosophy behind the characters.

    Generation X and all.

Well, beauty lies in the eye...

Hm. No reaction to the whole Fight Club thing I posted?

And I think a lot more people would love IB if they stopped seeing it as a movie written and directed by 'that guy from the amazing Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction'.

And in my opinion, Kill Bill sucked balls.
