Hey Ruin, I read in your journal that you've been having trouble sleeping lately. I know how that feels; ****ing horrible. I wrote about it
here (first half, and mentioned in a later post, I think).
If it's still bothering you (I assume it is because you wrote it on the 11th), having a warm, non-sugary drink (like milk) actually does help. Is it that your thoughts are racing, even though you are physically tired? I had that when there was a lot of shit on my plate. It helps to slow down, and knock a few things out of the way before moving on, otherwise the pile of things 'to do later' doesn't get smaller, that's for sure.
Just thought I'd help. I like your journal so far. I need to redirect mine away form day-to-day events, as you are succeeding in doing. I wouldn't mind doing an interview if you have a spot, too.
