    No, it is not a single blast. That was was not Hyperlauncher in the opening. It's a giant ray of energy that hits enemies for about five times with immense damage and a huge area of effect. At 500 uses, its max proficiency, it grows to be even larger, continuously hitting all enemies caught in it. Just look at this. Check the last part of the video. YouTube - SO2 Undub - Hyper Launcher

    Of course I'll try him out. Who knows, I might not have Claude in the party... MAYBE.

    Try to get Hyperlauncher; I dare you! It helps to equip a Beret and two Rainbow Diamonds and playing Goddess' Arrival. I've been trying for two hours now and still nothing. You can create now. Her level is almost meaningless. Try it.
