I've been watching your progress on these forums, and I think you should stay. Sure, you've angered a few people, but who hasn't? Hang around a bit longer, make sure to not break any of those rules, and people will get used to you.

I myself was quite an abrasive bastard early on too.

In my honest opinion, TFF would be better by having stronger counter-point posters. Disagreement ideally leads to refinement of the aruguers' stances on the issue.

I am one of those who is saddened by TFF losing you.

Well Perdedor, I don't entirely mind you but you should really watch what you say. Sure, a little honesty never really should hurt anyone. I use to think the same way when I joined, but that almost got me banned. You just need to learn when to draw the line. There's a point in being honest about what you dislike that you should never cross and that's when you flame-bait or flame itself (even indirectly). And you can't forget that this is a community so if you outcast yourself because you don't give two shits about what people think then no one will really give a damn about you and in fact it will lead to a possible ban.

If you like this place then you should try and avoid that. Now of course I'm not asking you to bend over, just don't assume that people are going to treat your opinion (or you) with respect if you show none. Not everything is going to go the way you want it. I learned that the hard way.

Also things are a lot stricter here especially since this is more "family oriented" (yeah right) as I'm told and there's a bunch of kids running around or people at work that could get screwed by coming here without the rules. Just go with the cliche. Look before you leap and respect other people no matter what they say. If you have a beef with them PM them or report them if they say something that offends you yourself. That's all you need to do. If you can do that then you're completely alright by my standards as well as the admins/mods.
