Yeah, except all three accounts have been from the same IP for weeks on end. His first account was here for a long time. Therefore, it's safe to assume he has cable, there has no alternate IP to use.
Trust me, I know all about DSL. *uses DSL; has 400+ IPs logged*

That's exactly what he was doing.
We don't allow multiple accounts. He earned his banning the first time. He got three full warnings (not like those 5% prewarnings some of you have) from different mods and that was that. He came back with a second account pretending to be a friend wondering why he was banned, but that turned out to be a lie. Then, earlier today, he came back again pretending to be a new member, but sent PMs to staff members demanding that we talk to him. So, turns out he's still the same guy, so he got banned again. Having one, single account really isn't that difficult to understand.
