Finally, I had come to land; true paradise it is
Out of the desert I came, crossed an ocean to arrive in bliss
In search of her, I’ve travelled high and low
I’ve ventured through dungeons and place I’d never expect to go

Finally, I had come to land, I knew I was close
My happiness was a drug, and now I needed my dose
It’s a true addiction, one I cannot deny
She is my pleasure and joy, I didn’t even want to say goodbye

And there she finally was, reaching out to me
I ran towards her, it was so long since I felt this free
Right before we touched, she disappeared; she was nowhere to see
Now she was gone again, missing, oh what a sweet misery

I’m back to square one, I’m here and she’s gone…
But no matter what I do, I can’t feel happy. It is her for who I long
The paradise became a desert, I followed the path of few men
But I’ll continue crossing that ocean many times, until I’m back with her again…
