My Fantasy

Sweet night
Hold me tight
Within his fiery embrace

Silver stars
Sparkle bright
When I glance upon his face

Moon beams
Shining down
I dance with him
On sacred ground

Passion flows
Just like the wind
When love is true
From deep within

Beauty

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say
Beheld by me, for you, if I may
Its only skin deep
One may be told
Beneath the flesh and buried below.

What is seen, what I behold
What I feel, I wish to be told
Its only skin deep
Buried below
Its what’s beneath that I wish to know.

To know you, inside and out
To love you, without a doubt
Its what I want
Buried below
What’s inside, how can I know?

Pieces

When someone has a broken heart,
Isn’t someone supposed to start,
To pick the pieces up?

You hear in songs and poetry,
Why doesn’t this rule apply to me?
My heart stays shattered all about,
Until I pick the pieces up.

I shout in hopes another will see,
All the broken bits of me.
I’ll try to mend them back to one,
And collect them all till they are gone.

I stare at them all in my hands,
And wonder where I should begin.
I put them together and let them go,
But they fall in pieces to the floor.

I try to figure what went wrong,
I stare at them for so long.
Until I push them back to place,
And notice a huge empty space.

A missing piece that I now see,
A part so huge is gone from me.
It escapes me where could it be,
Have you seen it, can you help me?

A true poet, after my own heart. I truly enjoyed reading your poems, they are inded reflections of you. If I may be so bold as to say that each one truly spoke to me, now granted, I'm not insinuating anything other that your poems have more power than mere words, stanzas, or letters. If a poem makes one feel so strange, than its power is surprising. Confused? Let me say this more phynetically. The meaning of your expressions or poems is different to everyone, althouh it keeps a certain point. To me those poems spoke, and told me what I believed hey meant, even if they were not meant for me. It is interesting to read something, and gain feelings, for me, that have long since been hurt, hidden, msplaced, or even died. Kudos to you. I see you as the greater poet between the two of us.
