This poem is called Searching, I got inspired for it while listening to "A World Without Danger" so you might notice some similarities in structure. Anyway, here it is. Tell me what you think of it.
The world seems to turn slowly Whenever I see your face Your beauty captivates me Never changing, never aging Moving forward I wait Until that lucky day when we meet Here I am, living life Taking it day by day Looking left, looking right, Searching for you I will wait, I won’t stop, Until you’re by my side Someday it will happen True love will bring true joy True love will lighten my life True love will make all else vanish True love makes nothing else matter At night before I sleep I wonder who you are In the morning after I wake I wonder if I’ll find you today Every moment I wait, Waiting until that lucky day comes Here I am, living life Taking it day by day Looking left, looking right, Searching for you I will wait, I won’t stop, Until you’re by my side Someday it will happen True love will bring true joy True love will lighten my life True love will make all else vanish True love makes nothing else matter My search is nonstop Never ceasing until it happens Until I see beauty only matched by cherry blossoms Here I am, living life Taking it day by day Looking left, looking right, Searching for you I will wait, I won’t stop, Until you’re by my side Someday it will happen True love will bring true joy True love will lighten my life True love will make all else vanish True love makes nothing else matter |

That's really sweet. I like it. I made something similar for my boyfriend one time, except I ended up changing it to display it on an old website...
It spoke very deeply of my feelings, so I felt I needed to change it before I displayed something so personal. I like what you made though, it's a filled with hope and faith, and it's creative. Well done.
