[Andromeda]

Well I managed to finish up the episode tonight. I was not sure if I was going to be able to do it. Since I have the tendency to fall asleep. But I knew that I did not have more than a few pages to write. I found out that I was I mistaken and I had another five pages to write. But it all turned out for the best.

This is a very tense episode with a lot of things being developed and put into place. The next two episodes will see it to the conclusion. The episode itself is pretty darn epic. All of the fights up until this point were pretty cool, at least I thought, but this episode blows them all out of the water the sheer epic size of what is happening. It is going to be really entertaining to write the final two episodes. And you have not even seen the best stuff yet. There is even more to come.

I was really pleased with this episode as it had some really shining moments for some of the characters that you have seen through the episodes. You have seen some of the change and develop further. And this is where it was all leading to. I can't wait for the next episode, it is going to be a lot of fun.

I had meant to write the preview yesterday but I sort of got caught up in writing the episode that I neglected it. So I am doing it now, even though I have the episode almost complete. It will probably be up in a few hours depending on how long it takes for me to reach the end. I am not sure still where I am going to breaking it since I had a lot of things in mind for this episode and well only part of them have been done so far.

It is possible that this episode goes on to be another long episode, but it is hard to tell right now. I have only two episodes left. So I need to make sure that I have enough material to finish up the last episode nicely. I have been wondering that, but then again. I really did not plan out an epilogue, so I would imagine that would fill out the last few pages I would need if I am short. But from the looks of it, I will probably have a lot of things that were meant for the second episode not finished and carried over into the third episode. Which should be fine.

Things are quickly coming to a head now as you should have already seen. All of the players are present and it is the final showdown. It should be very interesting to see it all complete. There are a couple things left in the episodes that I can't wait to write since they are really cool scenes.

"I can't believe that they are attacking a school. Have they no regard for innocent life!?" Chiko says.

"They're the syndicate," Mashiro says, "They have no care about anything, but their own."

"Yeah, I know, but still this is just wrong. How many people are going to die?"

"Can't think about that now. We just have to protect them."

"I'll do my best. But I already spent a lot of my strength. I don't know how much longer I can hold out!"

"Hang in there a little longer, Chiko."

"I'll help you, Chiko," Kohana says.

"I'll need all of your strength for this. This is the final battle no holding back now!"

"Right!"

"The next episode of the Inner Man, Truth. We've come at least to the end and now all will be revealed. Everything that was leading up to this and every reason that this was done for. But can we live long enough to use it."

"Don't worry, this is not the end...yet!"

"Need that kick to the shins to get you going?"

"That's quite alright."

"You better not miss it. Tee hee!"

Well the episode is up now. And only three hours after the last post. That is not so bad. As I had figured I did not get through everything that I was planning on. Though the more important things were handled. So I am not really disappointed. It just means that all of awesome cool stuff will happen in the last episode. Though I guess that is way it should be anyway.

It is a little exhausting writing constant fighting and it is just endless mobs of people too. Though I have all playing out nicely in my head, so it would look really cool happening as an animation. But I think I was able to convey it all through words well enough. Its funny though that considering all of the fighting it is quite so bloody, seeing as the Rachel episodes were pretty gorey, complared to the previous episodes. The gore factor is pretty tame, but all things considered it is not the cute little anime that other episodes are.

Leaves me with a strange feeling and uncertainty whether it is truly a comedy or an action/drama anime. It does go both ways at times. And when there is action there is action and when it is funny it is funny. So I don't know really know where it would fall. I keep having the thoughts of Full Metal Panic going through my mind while thinking over the show in general. There are a lot of similiarities.

You'll have to forgive me. I didn't get this finished on Sunday though I got surprisingly far along all things considered. Unfortunately, I am in the problem of the episode being really long, seeing as this is supposed to wrap up everything. And I am mean really, really long. >< Well I don't know how long it is really going to be until I finish the other half of it, which is starting on page 10, which if you are thinking in the terms I usually write episodes in, 14/15 pages, that certainly is not half. No where close to it. And I have more than half to write, I think. I don't know. I have Mashiro versus The Scarred Man to write still and I don't know how long that is going to be. I can thankfully cut out like a page and half if I need to short it up that is just linking carry over. But there is still all of the epilogue that I have to write. Ugh, this episode is becoming a monster to write.

Hopefully, I will figure it all out. I would have finished this up yesterday, but I have the nasty habit of sleeping on Monday after I watch my new anime. It doens't always happen that way, but it is pretty frequent, anyone following this probably knows that already. Either way, even if I don't get the episode up tonight you'll have the preview. Which when it is just text, really doesn't mean a lot, but hey use your imagination. ^^;

The episode itself is really coming to a boil naturally. There is a lot of things to finish being wrapped up. And I plan to wrap them all up, just don't expect them to be completely neat and tidy. Do please leave comments, reviews, critiques or what not. I will be gauging responses on whether or not I will be continuing this. Where I am ending it is considered to be the end, but as I was coming to end of writing this, I realized I had a lot of extra material. Enough so that I could continue writing it if I so wished to do. A lot of the characters have developed greatly from where they were at the beginning, so I am less inclined to want to try to push that. But there are still areas that I have not worked on that would be interesting to explore. And if you really enjoyed it and want to see more you need to tell me so or this really is the end of it.

As for the future, expect to see drawings of this at some point. I am working on taking this to the next level when I am finished. So the next logical step will be character design and getting it ready for manga. I think in manga form I can address a lot of things that I had wanted to, but did not really do so because of the media that I was working in. Not to mention I can make a manga chapter that is shorter and so small little things here and there to explore aspects that were either ignored or not developed greatly. They will mainly focus on Chiko exploring his life in a girl's body, since there were a lot humorous things that I left out. So expect to see more out of the manga version, whenever I get working on that.

Future projects, I am currently trying to ramp up on the next anime story. This is an old story that I written during college. Well, actually Inner Man is probably just as old as this one, since they were both from my college days. Either way, unlike the Inner Man this one was for a class, so it actually got developed. However, I only wrote one episode for it. It was in script form, since it was for a writing for animation class. It is a full 22 page script, but I will be placing it back into a story format that I originally wrote it in. Though I will be filling it out more. So there might be more dialogue in it, I don't know. We shall see. I don't know if it will be ready in two weeks or not, but be on the look for that. It is called Flesh is for Gods and its a romance drama. Its a different area for me explore since I've never really written romance before, but I'd had never written comedy before either. So we shall see how it turns out. The number of episodes for it still undetermined, but it will be 13 or 26 depending on the amount of material I have. It will pretty much complete though, I don't plan on writing more to it, since where it will end there is not enough for me to continue. I had given it thought, but I was not interested in the direction that it would end up going. Though I could do a movie story for it, we'll see.

"You can't lose, not with the powers I gave you!" the Doctor chimes in with.

"Ugh...actually it maybe more peaceful," Chikos says.

"Not before more. I have to hear his voice every hour of the day while you're at school. At least you're safe for most of the day."

"And who has to be his dress up doll every night when I come home."

"I have to kick him out of MY kitchen every night."

"I have to rip him off MY face every night!"

"Well I have to-"

"Hey, hey you two. You don't need to fight!" the Doctor says.

"Hmm..."

"You thinking..."

"Exactly..."

"W-w-why are you looking at me like that..."

"Ahem..." Kohana says, "The final episode of the Inner Man, Ultimatum. When the dust settles who will be left standing. Chiko and Mashiro stared down death again with the Scarred Man and his two henchmen. What will become of the school, will the syndicate still hunt them down, and will Chiko every know what it means to be an eight-year old girl?"

"H-help me!" the Doctor says.

"Me know what its like...yeah right...you better not miss it. I'll be doing the kicking, you know you won't want to miss that! Tee hee!"

Well I finished it finally. It took most of the time I had yesterday and today to actually complete it. And it sadly grew to be far too long, but I was torn from writing more to make yet another episode or just leave it as it was. I really did not feel like making an epilogue episode, which is what it would have turned out to be if I had done that. So I figured that it was the final episode, so it can afford to be a little longer. And longer it is, so much so that I broke the character limit, it came out just under 60k according to the forum. In pages that is 22. Yeah, really long. ><

Well I am quite pleased with the entire episode. The only thing is that I feel like the ending was rushed, since I wanted to get it in under the page limit and failed miserably at it. So I may end up rewriting the ending a little bit. Just the part from the ending of the Scarred Man fight past that. I'm pretty fine with the Chiko part there and up to there, but after that it feels really weak to me. So I am going to see about fixing it, though the part just be the epilogue begins I am pleased with. If I was so make it into another episode, that is where I would beef it up, since it would be pretty easy to do so. Plus, I could spend more time writing a longer epilogue.

It is nice feeling though to have it complete and finished. It reaches past 400 pages in total, which is the longest work that I have ever done. So that makes me feel very satisfied. Please let me know what you think and let me know if you want more or at satisfied with where it ends.
