I am getting frusterated with the barrels. I don't remember it being this hard when I first played KH1. Any ideas or suggestions?I have the guide book and tried doing what it says but I still fail,at lest i'm getting better each time but its still frusterating.

I had trouble with the exact same thing hence I gave up, otherwise I would have beaten it when it came out here.... technically you can leave it and go onto Tarzan land etc... but the amount of hits to break them doesn't change so its best to get them out of the way now. The way I did the first set was kind of luck, but you need to try and knock three out in one combo each time, move around quickly and plan your route, the second one is much harder so it will take you a little while to plan your route, I found going around the the thing first then jumping up it knocking each set down till you get to the last and then try and attack it so it flies away. Just keep trying, it took me forever to get through it but each time it gets slightly easier to you get it.

Ahhh! I had problems with that too. It took me ages to finally get there. You just have to move around as quickly as you can or memorise a path so that you can get it done quickly instead of mucking around trying to find barrels. I haven't played that part in a while (thank God). All you need is a little practice and eventually you'll get there. Good luck!

I would just aim for the barrel on the VERY top (its on a ledge I think). Then I would usually jump down and find the barrels by themselves and aim them towards the barrels stacked on top of each other. Or I aim outside of the colloseum (spelling?) because they just automatically break.
