Just a little KH2 News Bit
Now KH2 news has been a little dry and sparce lately, but I've just found a new tidbit, for anyone interested.
The following English voice actors have been confirmed to have signed up for KH2: Sean Astin (Hercules) - David Boreanaz (Leon) - Ming-Na (Mulan) - James Woods (Hades) - Haley Joel Osment (Sora) - Dan Castellenta (Genie) - Miguel Ferrer (Shan-Yu) The article just mentions the voice actors, but the Names in Bold are the characters they SHOULD be playing. |

Yes, I liked the voice actor of Sora from the first Kingdom Hearts. It would be akward to switch voices from one game to the next. Unless Sora grows up a bit and becomes more mature, I would prefer to keep the same voice actors. But for the new characters, we'll wait and see.

But Haley Joel Osment already went through puberty... O_o
He doesn't have that childish voice like he did when he did the voice over for Sora in KH. Hm. Well, maaybe they can pull it off since KH2 takes place a whole two years later... we'll see.

Actually it was confirmed that Sora was a couple years older in KH2, making HIM go through puberty parallel to Osment. I think this was deliberate so that they could get him again.
Think Daniel Radcliffe and the Harry Potter cast. |

That's what I thought. ^^ Makes sense - new older look, new older voice.
'Sides... I wouldn't want anyone else but Osment to do the voice of Sora. I also heard David Gallagher (sp?) is returning as the voice of Riku.
