Courts Today and the suing game !!!!!!

Courts today are not as good as in the past. Today people are get tried for things they did not even do. Like killing someone, steeling, and more. Some people are serving life sentences for things they did not do. I’m sure sometimes it is not that long but even if it is just a year that is 365 day of a mans or woman life for something they did not do. Our generation I think needs to change that. When we are older and have the authority to do so.

The suing games that are going on like people suing Burger king and other fast food place. Then they go and say something like It was making me fat. Well don't eat there. It is just not that people now a days are suing for anything. Just to try to make money the easy way. I think they should have to work like everyone else u know. Well tell me what you think about this two things.

EDIT: I fixed the spelling best I could.

I hardly understood a word you said in that. No offence, your grammar and spelling are absolutely awful.

Yes, I think it's unfair that many do time for crimes they didn't commit, but it's getting tougher and tougher to catch culprits. Criminals know all of the teeny games and ways to avoid getitng caught. They're getting smarter and smarter. Sometimes smart enough to outdo the law. It's sad, but that's how it flies.

Also, I don't really have an opinion on sueing right now. Sueing and suffering the blame for a crime you didn't commit are completely different things.

What are you talking about in the courts specifically? All you say is "well, people are getting framed". What do you want to discuss? I'm sure framing has been going on for far more than just this generation, also.

About the "suing game", a lot of fast food places add chemicals to the food that causes minor addiction, which is why some people feel so compelled to eat greasy, godly unhealthy fast food. I'm not saying people should be able to sue the food companies, but I think that, at the least, it should be made illegal for those chemicals to be put in food.

I was questioning the first paragraph in your post. I figured you were exploring two different topics in this thread, seeing as how I'm pretty sure there aren't any McDonald's employees getting a year to life in jail because somebody sued the company. I think.

Okay I see. No I'm talking about people suing McDonald's all together. Like the company in all. People in the usa are suing fast food places like McDonald's and other food places. Sorry that I can not spell. I well try to type slower.

Absolutely. No one was burned as a heretic during the Inquisition if they didnt have it coming to them. All the people in Salem must of been witches, thats why there are none today! McCarthy's blacklist was all communist! Hell, keeping directors from making movies is why we arent speaking Russian.

You sound like a major idealist. "Our generation" cannot fix things just because they want to. It is not that easy. You will never have a hundred percent success rate in a court of law. Jury bias and evidence tampering make sure of that. Sometimes, it is easier to let an innocent man hang to ease the calm of the people. The D.C. snipers probably did it, but they didnt need to be proven guilty. The jury knew what they were going to do.

You have a valid point about people suing, but you kind of hit a snag with this. Do you know how hard it is to make a living? Do you know how fast 5-8 dollars an hour disappears after food, gas, car maintenance, rent, and other life needs?

When I find out Jack Daniels took away my liver, I wont be looking for a paycheck. It was my fault. But they certainly make it hard to resist. As for McDonalds, a sit down restaurant costs about double, plus a tip. Its thriftiness is a problem. I spend about twelve dollars total on a healthy lunch during work, but I could spend six bucks and get a juicy burger, fries, and a coke. Its a major problem.
