Christianity Vs. Evolution is a big really stupid war. and i believe that there both...well...HALF right. Evolution states that At the beginning. there was a dot. That blew up into the universe. Christianity states that the beginning entity was god. What if that little dot...WAS god and now. god is the universe. so pretty much the universe controls itself. how it grows anc such. and it can also control our life by putting certain things where and when. Does anyone agree with me on this?

instead of god being just ONE entity a invisible yet spiritual being. he is...um..well EVERYTHING he is the erth we walk on yet, he also controls eveyrthing on earth and on and in everything in the universe people say "god has a plan for all of us" he does, in that saying he puts everything everywhere. so if he wants something to happen to a specific person He'll put what needs to be where and when to make it happen. im not really sure how to elaborate on this... if thres anything you dont understand tell me and ill elaborate but i dont think i need too.


P.S. i referred to "god" as "he" i also dont think god is a he or a she but is a hermaphrodite. and i wasnt really sure how to adress that so i just said HE i wasnt being sexist or anything.

Allow me to explain to you why the clashing titans of christianity and evolution is a very stupid war. For starters, it's been going on for over a hundred years. Insults and fist have been thrown, feelings hurt, pride ripped apart, all for the sake of "Who's right". And then there is the people who sling their so-called "evidence" at the other end of the table in hope the other person(s) views will "realize" their side of the story.

Sad? Quite. No one knows when to stop and when to start. Debates aren't really debates anymore, it's just either who has the most evidence or a thick-headed belief to where they won't back down whatsoever. Especially since it's the internet. I don't see why some people should get to serious about certain subjects when they will not affect anyone or thing unless someone has some "revelation". Yeah.

EDIT: Oh, and to the guy that gave me a bad rep for something rather misunderstood, lol, I'll explain it. For one, I never said "Evidence doesn't make the arguement". I said some people are trying to shove what they belief with their "evidence" in order to become "right". Now, with the right evidence you can look more credible, but as long as you aren't screaming and yelling that you can't be wrong in any way possible, it's fine.

Evolution is a theory made by man, and some of the claims are scientifically proven, like the fact that humans have changed over the years. But, it has never been proven we came from single-celled organisms.

Intelligent Design, or Creationism, is a theory made by Christianity, and none of the claims are scientifically proven, yet none of them can be struck down as being unscientific.

Both claims, as far as we know, cannot be proven. If Christians are right, we will know when we die. If Darwin was right, we will find out when science advances. The best someone can do is accept what they believe and not try to convince people otherwise.

However, I have met several people that prove the falseness of the idea of "Intelligent" Design. In contrast, its hard to believe that years of evolution has created the fools alive today.

I disagree, I don't think a god is needed in the equation, but let's not argue about it.


Mostly, some of the key elements of the argument CvE don't have much to do with the creation of the universe. A lot of the argument has to do specifically with the age of Earth and the origin of humans.
