I disagree for the totally opposite reason! I do find darker skinned people more attractive, and I believe whites are going for darker people because if I find them more atractive, then everybody must do so because they have better features.

At the end of the ice-age, we start to see the first evidence of real art, and more intelligence than just going out and hunting and gathering.

And it's not that the African peoples weren't smart enough to become more advanced... it's just for the most part they had no need for innovation.

I didn't get any of this information from the discovery channel, or TLC, or whatever TV program that suits your fancy. It was good old fashioned college learning!

You have a rather self-indulgent way of thinking "I do so everybody must!", no offense but not everybody finds the same people attractive, I have never found a dark skinned women attractive, I don't even like tans. I have a girl who has a pretty much perfect personaility to me, she listens to all the music I do and I can say nearly anything to her without pissing her off and she is hella into me. Now I am not denying she is beautiful or anything, I just don't find her that attractive.

And if you don't believe me then you can ask most European girls and the only reason that a lot of them are going with them in the first place is because they are deemed differant so naturally a lot of kids found it naughty to play around with them, I don't think they will ever learn

Knowing implies an objective universal truth. All you "know" is your own opinion, which is contrary to my own, therefore I consider it wrong.

Anyway, this is rather off topic, but what I mean is a General observation, all the girls that "I SEE" are normally over-weight and sometimes butt ugly "I like big butts and I can not lie" kind of thing, but hey its there choice! But yeah I have many blonde hair blue eyed friends who agree with me. But when I see something without a doubt I consider it true, and hearing it only helps more.

Actually I heard that the best couples are the ones who look the same, if thats true then I should just give up altogether.

I suppose a lot of it is due to the culture you live in, and the culture you're brought up in.

In cultures where very large women are considered the epitome of beauty, someone from a western culture would just regard her as overweight and ugly.

It's the same with race, if you're brought up in a culture that regards pale-skinned women as more beautiful, then you'd instinctively adopt that viewpoint.

But you're right, this is starting to get off topic now.

It could be a subconcious idea of giving their children better sun resistance, it could be innate physical attraction caused by pheromones of someone with different immunity to you (nto hard to imagine considering different ethnicities) or it could just be because in today's multicultural worldwide-spanning society, there's just more chance for people of different ethnic groups to interact and it's just a change in average statistics due to the circumstances.

that is pretty much what my teacher said, and i decided to elaborate on her theory
she said she didnt neccesarilly think her theory was correct, she was just giving me an alternative to the other ideas and i found it interesting
