I think that would not be fair. Thou can only use heal to increase life.
Again rules: vote by -1 enemy +1 enemy kamikazi vote by -1 to them selfs and -2 to the enemy( only 3 in 12 hours) heal +2 to self +1 to enemy( can only be used 1 in 12 hours )

I think that sounds good, only heal and kamikazi once in every 24H and perhaps a voting limit per day.

Best I can do for thou rules:
