As far as I know theiving is out of the question, you can gift money though.

As for your HP, it is directly tied to your daily post quantity. If you do not meet a certain number of posts in the main forum your HP will drop. But if your HP hits zero the craziest thing happens! Actually no nothing will happen if your HP hits zero haha.

No, you can't thieve lol. HP goes up and down depending on how active you are on the site. So for example: you might have low HP if you only post 2 times a week, but someone might have far higher HP because they post 30 times a week.

It doesn't do much really, just kinda tells you how active some people are at that certain time.

You can't steal on this forum anymore, as far as I know. I'm pretty sure you used to be able to steal money with the old store, but that has been gone for quite a long time already.

As for the HP, it is like everyone else said. HP is a graphic that keeps track of how active you are. I'm pretty sure if you have an average of five posts per day, you will have full HP, but I'm not sure if that has changed.
