Click on "Quick Links" in the top-right of the TFF Forum menu, go to Private Messages, and hit "Send New Message" on the menu bar on the left of the screen.
Not that big of an issue; it's hard ot get a hang of TFF's new layout since the pbpBB upgrades recently.

Or you can click on the person's name to have a dropdown menu pop open and click 'Send private message'. Then you can write them a PM. (in the Postbit, obviously.)

There's also the link up at the very top of the page, on the right side -- it says "Private Messages." That takes you to the PM menu, which is basically just one specific section of your UserCP.
Anyway, Piroblaze has probably mentioned the EASIEST way to send one. How you choose to get to it is up to you.

There's another way through the user's profile as well....but the way Loco just told you is the easiest, and probably the most-used method.
I disabled my PM box....due to some people who aren't very nice. |
