Yeah, I cant wait for this one either, I'm disappointed that we were lied to (The Twilight Princess will be released on the gamecube~lies!) but it does look really pretty, and I cant wait to get my hands on it (and a Wii -_-), and see how good the motion sensitivity system and everything plays into the game.

I'm excited too..even though i probably won't get a wii . Maybe i'm behind on the news, but it is coming out for the gamecube too isn't it? If it's not my friend will be pissed because he reserved a copy . I was hoping to play the game on his gamecube even though i'm sure it would pale to the Wii version.

It looks really, really, really good. Hmm.. I never knew that it being released on the Gamecube was a lie. That sucks, but I'm getting the Wii on Christmas before the PS3 so I can't wait to play it. I must say though the graphics are really good and so breathtaking. I wonder how the controls would be like on the Wii though. It'd be pretty cool.

Hm, well, from what I heard (or lets just say didn't hear) was anything about the Gamecube version of this game, I havent heard anything about the cancellation, nor have I heard anything about them still releasing it, so, I took it as a lie, because, I dont think it will happen. The Wii being a major release, I think that it would be a smarter move on their part to release it as a Wii only thing because it'll say "if you want to play this, your going to have to buy a Wii" Of course I could be wrong, and please correct me if I am.

Last I heard it is coming out for both the Wii and the Gamecube it will be nun-chuck compatible on the Wii but other than that it will look and be almost the same. If they did decide not to release it on the Gamecube I want my money back because I put a hefty down payment on a pre-order.

Last time I heard anything about this game, there were some problems with the nun-chuck. The sword fights with the nun-chuck didn't really use the potential of the controller, and there were some other problems as well. I can see why it would be hard to really get something out of the wii controller when the game is multi-platform, but hopefully it will all be sorted out by the time of the release..

Well, it's going to be hard to release the potential of the nun-chuck controller, and honestly, I cant wait to see truely how creative people get with it. As for the Gamecube release, thats an interesting piece of info, the last time I saw anything about it was back 2 E3's ago when Adam Sessler had an interview with one of the head people at Nintendo, and he confirmed the Gamecube release of The Twilight Princess, but that was over 2 years ago and I had heard nothing but the Wii version since, so, I had figured it wasn't going to happen, it's going to be nice to put this Gamecube to more use if it still comes out, thanks for that link .

Hah, this used to be my only reason for getting Revolution - as it was called those days. Those days no one had heard about 600$ PlayStation 3 machines and fancy wii-motes. Lets say it wasn't a reason enough for me.

Then the wii-mote showed up, and Red Steel (Reliving my childhood dreams - yey!) and the PS3 price showed up (I'm getting it if Metal Gear Solid 4 doesn't get ported to an other console). Anyhow, I'm going for the Wii. I'm buying the game on the realease or the day after, but I'm not getting the Wii till later because I seriously doubt the mail is that fast in December (based on previous experiences).

Anyhow. Twilight Princess is my biggest reason for me hyping over the Wii. I hear its pretty good, but the graphics are last-gen, and Joystiq attacked the game for having an awfull signreading mechanism. Not that I care about that.

I'm especially interested in the story. I hear they have huge planes and I'm very keen on getting to know how Ganodorf fits into the big piece. Besides, Hyrule is supposed to be really big - did I hear sidequests?

i really dont know what i am doing yet, i wanted a black Wii, but apparently they are only bringing out the white one ( for now i hope ) but i am definately getting twighlight princess as my first game, not getting the gc version, after hearing about the Wii-mote addition to the game i fell in love ^_^ i want to turn my nunchuk controller into a hylian shield and master sword. it would be so cool.
not too sure if i like the idea of link in wolf form... i dunno yet though, i dont understand the story to it yet ^_^
