What do you mean? More prerendered cutscenes? Or better graphics?
If you meant the latter, then I hate to say it, but FFXII has the best graphics of the entire series. It is the newest, after all. The in-game graphics look better than the cutscenes from the PSX era.

You must've not played 10...their cutscenes top any other game out on the market, (until 12 and 13 come out of course), but at the moment that's a rather strange question. Play more FF's, learn how graphics, that may help.

Thats completely wrong, FFVIII doesnt have the best graphics, compare them to FFX...
FFX2 uses the same graphics engine as FFX does so theres no BIG difference there.

i think i understand what u mean do u mean that it has alot better graphics for when it was made of better graphics comparing to the other FF games Because i think FF10 and FF10-2 top the charts.
but if i had my way i would remake FF8 so it had better graphics now that would be awsome!!!!

Basically the "graphics" are better on X because it is a new game, but personally I think the Images on FFVIII look better. Like the Gun blade looks way "cooler" than Tidus's Cadleborg(?) and of course there is Quistis who looks the best imo out of all the FF Characters. If FFVIII, VII, IX and X were all released using the same graphical engine I would say VIII > IX > VII > X
