Good Sequel

One thing I don't get is why don't they ever make other sequels to other games except 10? A good one would be VIII. But that's my opinion. I've never actually played 8 though. What do you think would be good?

They've made three sequels for VII.

In my opinion, they shouldn't make any more sequels or prequels. They should actually make new games.

I wouldn't mind a sequel for Final Fantasy VIII. I wouldn't want it to be like X-2 so much though. I've always liked the idea of the Rinoa/Ultimecia thing as a storyline for a sequel. I know it'll never happen, it's just an idea. I would prefer a remake for VIII though. It would be awesome to see it in PS2 graphics instead. I don't think I would want sequels for any of the other games though. I would prefer new games as well!

I agree with Palazzo, lets admit it, Square hasn't had much luck with Sequels or Prequels, and for the most part, most of the games endings don't leave room for a sequel, or prequel.
