Kefka.
Sephiroth looked cool and was cool in general, but as for overall goals for destruction, he was sorta pathetic. He sits there at Northern Mountain and waits there for the whole game. He also has that: "My life is bad because humans don`t treat me right attitude." But hey he was cool. Kefka was a freaking clown that wanted everyone dead. Nothing more to that. |

Kefka. Lean, mean, and don't take no shit. Plus, he did actually ruled the world, and very brutally.
Next... Sin. There's just something cool about a creature, or whatever the hell that thing is, that comes around every so often and wreaks havok for the hell of it. Why do you have three from FFVII, but leave out Kefka? Or Golbez/Zemus? Or anybody else?

I think I would have to say Kefka. He was crazy. He wanted practically everyone to die and he would do anything to do so. He seemed to laugh a lot at other people's misfortunes too! Kefka was just totally insane. He was just plain EVIL!

Kefka would have to be the biggest bad ass of them all. I would say Sephiroth but Sephiroth has a calm approach to what he's doing and even though he's insane you can kinda see where he's coming from. Kefka on the other hand is just intensely evil and insane. Just to take power he kills his superiors and destroys the world. I don't see how anyone could ever top that. Kefka would defenitely have to be the biggest badass villian of them all.

Kefka or Jenova. I think I have to say Kefka, 'coz he's like PURE evil. Crazy 'n' stuff. You can't really call Sephorith PURE evil, 'coz he think he's doing something good. Helping his mom ^^;;
