I'm a little surprised that no one has mentioned Sepheroth, you know because of you-know-who's you-know-what, but whatever.
At first I was gonna say Seymore, cause, you know, I hate his guts. But he really isn't the topper. The villain I hated most was...*drumroll please* ULTROS!!!! I hated that stupid squid{yeah I know he's 'octopus royalty' I said squid on purpose. Take that fiend!  } He's always showing up and causing all sorts of trouble, just when you think you got rid of him he comes back. That squid makes me so mad  ...in fact I hereby declare my undying hatred of Ultros! Dammit now I have to go play FFVI so I can beat him up. He shall feel my wrath!
