X-2 seems to be highly underrated considering it is always being criticized for being different and since it seems a bit girly as well. I have the game but never completed it as of yet because my opinions are pretty mixed about it. I like it but I also dislike it, there are some things that I like about it and some things I don't. I find that it gets real dull in some areas.
XII seems to be sort of underrated as well! A lot of people seem to dislike it, I am not a big fan of it overall.

I voted FFVIII, its highly under-rated because it had to compete against one of the bests FF's made (aparently). I think it deserves more credit.

Crystal Chronicles.
It got a lot of bad reviews, but I loved it. "Very repetitive" they said. I found it quite unique, but I DID get a bit bored in Single Player... So I played with some of my friends once a week! We got so far, but then I lost my Memory Card >.< We couldn't be bothered to start again.. But those few hours were great fun!

I voted for Final Fantasy Tactics. FFT was my first Final Fantasy in the series that I played and finished. I still play it to this day and never get too tired of it. It pretty much had all a story could ask for. I have always enjoyed tactic games and FFT tops them all. I suppose FFT doesn't get as much fame/publicity as the others because it's harder for a child to understand.. but then again, I understood it perfectly well when I was 10 and I had loads of fun with it.
