Anything from X and VII, I enjoyed. Although, I believe that I am the only person alive who is irritated by Sephiroth's music. Makes me want to shove sharpened pencils into my ear canals.

Basically there is no music that has really annoyed me that much, I wasn't a huge fan on the FFVIII OST but other than that I loved it all. The music in 1 was done really well IMHO, I could go on about all which peices I really enjoy but the truth is I like it all

Awakening - Very pretty song
Edgar & Sabin's theme - This one is always great to hear.
Celes' Theme - Another beautiful song.
Forever Rachel - There are a lot of beautiful songs in this game.

Bombing Mission - Awesome song. Very catchy tune.
On That Day 5 Years Ago - Definitely one of my favourites from the game.
Cosmo Canyon -Fantastic song. Never get tired of listening to it.
Aeris' Theme - Such a beautiful song but very emotional. This one has to be my favourite.
Crazy Motorcycle - Awesome!

Final Fantasy VIII

Find Your Way - This has to be one of my favourite songs from the game. It is so mysterious and I love it. It's played when you enter the cave to fight Ifrit.
Balamb Garden - Another great song from FFVIII.
Don't Be Afraid - I love this battle theme. I never get sick of listening it. It's great.
Force You Way - A great boss battle theme. It makes everything intense and it's cool.
Drifting - This is quite an emotional song.

Final Fantasy X

To Zanarkand - I think a lot of people love this song. It's excellent. It's quite emotional.
Battle Theme - I always get this song stuck in my head after I hear it. It's extremely catchy.
Silence Before the Storm - I really like this song. It's pretty.
Suteki Da Ne - This is my favourite song from the game.
Revealed Truth - Emotional song.

As you can tell... I'm a fan of the emotional songs..hehe.

All the FF soundtracks were exceptionally wonderful and that makes it hard to choose but I can say that I'm a sucker for prelude, especially in FFVI, or Wandering from FFX. The fact that You could buy and then listen to all the music in FFX was a very pleasing feature and I just hope they put it in FFXII as well.
I am currently playing VIII and I just can't get enough of Ami's character theme (the better version of the Balamb Garden theme).
