I am not going to state whether my list is in preferance order because, quiet frankly, I am unsure which are my true favourites out of the five I am about to list.

1. I liked Otherworld from FFX because they used it in a good movie and it's Metal-like nuff' said.

2. I liked One-Winged Angel, just the quality really, I don't know why I like it enough to put it in the #2 spot

3. Chocobo theme! nuff' said

4. Main battle theme for FF7 (sorry don't know the name)

5. The music that they played in FFX when they were riding the cables from the airship to the chruch thingy to stop Yuna from marrying Seymour.

Does any one know if the FF9 Soundtrack is any good?

Rather than a particular song I'm just going to go with the whole Final Fantasy Tactics soundtrack. Nothing can touch the epic feel of the music in this game. Even the less notable songs are nice to listen to. But the heavy hitters in this soundtrack are where it's at. Much of the battle music really sets the mood and helps to carry the battles on. In addition some of the songs are quite easy to get stuck in your head, such as the one that plays during the first battle in Dorter Trade City. Sometimes I'll have that going through my head for days on end. In the end it can easily be said that the FFT soundtrack is superior to any other in this series.

I'm a great lover of music, and if it's combined with an almost unforgetable moment, then that music will keep playing in my head. That's why I love the FF Soundtracks and have all of them .

In almost all FF's the same theme appears, sometimes in the beginning, most times at the end.....YES YES, I'm talking about the 'Opening theme' from Final Fantasy I, the name was later changed to 'Final Fantasy' during FF5. That theme is so good, and I could recognize it from a mile away.

Also the classic 'Prelude' is also cool. But seeing everyone is making a stupid list of songs, I guess I should join in

My favorite song of all the Final Fantasy games was the song that Zidane and Dagger had as there song. I cannot remember for the life of me what it was called. If anyone knows what it was please let me know.
