My story is similar to a lot of the older members. My oldest posts are nowhere to be found, but since my post count is a lot lower, it's easier to get further back. My oldest post still here on the forum belongs to my first journal post back in 2003. That's really when I started to get active anyway.

I don't remember ever typing like a n00bile (hehehe), but I used "lol" more than I do now. I was less formal in IM conversations than I ever was here. But I think the biggest difference is that I took myself way too seriously. I still tried to be funny, but oh my god. I also really liked positive attention, no matter where it came from. Ah well, 15 year olds, right?

This was my first post/thread I made as soon as I had registered as a member. I didn't have shitty grammar. A lot of my newbie posts seem easy to read apart from a few typos I made here and there.

But of course, I did get a warning for spamming two years ago. My first and most recent warning....for now.

When first joining, I was a bit intimidated by the mods and the admins. I think the first mod I befriended was Chez. She was nice to me as a new member and gave me some advice on the forums. From there, I started to get out of my shell and started talking to people on that TFF chat. My first friend on here was Xeim if I recall. And the odd thing was we registered on the same damn day!

But when looking back, I'm talkative now. Really talkative. My posts have more quality then what they used to have and even though two years may not seem long, it feels like forever.

I don't know why. It's a little strange. I looked through my posts, and the earliest I could find there are still 2008 o_0.

I was more n00by in attitude than grammer, but nonetheless not really that much different than who I am now, I think. But, I mean.. It's been a while. Everybody changes.

Well, the majority of my posts are indeed gone, so there's no way I can find even close to my first post. That's what happens when you're a lurker, I guess.

Hmmm.... I want to say my post style has always been around the same. I believe my first post was in FFVI, and the only noob things I remember doing with it were being hyper and maybe mentioning sex. I had a lot to say, and for a long time, I had a tendency to bring up topics relating to sex.

For a little while, I did avoid GC and stuck to IntDis and random FF froums. I remember getting into a lot of debates, and making friends with people like Kazanthikus and Secret Azn Man. Eventually, I made my way into GC and got involved.

Thinking back to my early TFF days makes me remember a lot of things:

*Boobie Buddies - I started it with... I wanna say Deep Eyes, and I think Heero may have been involved. That caused all kinds of fun and trouble.
*The Council of Seven- That was a failure.
*Being overly dramatic about life events- Yes, I am guilty of being a drama queen.
*Being very close to SAM. He was my bro and still is as far as I'm concerned.
*TFF chats- Complete with weddings, frog flingings, and moving the sun.
*The EBG videos- I managed to get myself into episode 4 before I got involved with Korova.
*Pie
* ... of Doom!!!
*Being close to TO and having him visit.
*The whole Korova relationship. That was a big thing. I still talk to him every now and then.
*Adopting S, Nightshade, Spekkio, and just about everyone as my children via TFF families.
*Making long posts- Some things never change.


It was a lot of fun. Now, I'm so out of touch that I'm not really sure who or where anyone is.

Science H. Logic! My posts turn to shit when I reminisce. I do apologize.

Ah, how I remember the old days. Back in... July. It seems so not long ago. It almost seems like it was about, and I'm just taking a wild guess here, one and a half months. I don't know how I came up with that figure. It could just be that I am a genius. I'm pretty sure that that's it.

You know, I don't really see a change in my writing style. It's very similar, if not exact, to my writing style now. It's so odd how things can not change in a month and a half. I mean, in the past month and a half I've bathed a few times, I had a few birthdays, I brushed my teeth last week, so I wonder, why hasn't my writing style changed? I guess it's a question that I'll never know the answer to.
