One TFFer to meet in real life

If you could choose one person on this forum to meet in real life, either by bumping into them at the shopping center or sitting down and having a coffee or having a heated debate. Who would it be and why? If you have already met someone in real life here it dosn't count. This is hypothetical only.

I would probably like to meet Usagy, mainly because he is someone I have known for many years now more then I can count and one of the first people I talked to on these forums and have continued to do so a few times a year on MSN. Plus seems like someone I would have a fun time getting smashed with.

So go ahead everyone else.

I don't think i could pick just 1 heh. I'd definatly like to meet Cesar (LocoColt), Alisyn (Oceaneyes) and Chez though. Cesar because... well, he's cool, do i need any other reasons? Ali and Chez because i've had some messed up conversations with them over the years and i could only imagine they'd be even better face to face, they're cool also... but funny conversations = win.

The only TFF'er i've met so far is Usagy when i went over to Amsterdam for a few days. We went into some hooters style bar for a beer and then went and looked at weapons in some shop he showed us

. Would have liked to spend more time with him but i was only there for 2 days i think and my friends had loads of stuff planned =/.

Haha, that one is very easy for me. I would love to meet Setzer of course. Meeting him would make me really, really happy. I have dreamed of that a lot and it makes me smile whenever I think about it. He's a very special person and I care about him an awful lot so that is why I would love to meet him, he is also very fun to talk to and very sweet!

I would like to meet a few people on here actually because they are very kind and can be rather funny as well.

I've met a handful of people already, so I suppose we should restrict this to people we haven't met yet? I'll tack on a follow-up at the end of the post with a list of the members I've had face time with.

If I had to pick just ONE... it's a pretty tough call, but it would probably be Bryan. He and I go a few years back now as far as forums go, and we've talked enough outside the forums to know that we'd get along great. If/when he moves his film studio down here, he'll be looking for voice work... and with FUNimation right around the corner, it's pretty laid out. We even have a list of apartment complexes that we were checking out. He'd be a pretty badass roommate, that's for sure.

Moving forward, Dawezy would undoubtedly be my second choice. My cell plan doesn't support international calls, and I don't think his does either... but the random text message goes back and forth from time to time. More than anything else, this is the guy who took me under his wing when I was but a wee n00b. By my second week on the forum, we were already buddy-buddy. When you get along with someone, that's just how it goes. I'd love to head down to Aussie-land and tear it up with him.

Next up, I'd like to kick it with Cain and Fuzz for some good ol' fashioned videogame smackdowns. Contrary to popular belief, Cain and I don't actually speak much outside of the forums -- I don't even have his phone number. Aside from the occasional Wii message or PM on the boards... it's mostly a business relationship. Fuzz and I, on the other hand, have been talking to each other outside the forums for years. I got an invite to his wedding, but I wasn't able to make it... there's no way my POS car would have made the drive to Missouri.

Chez and I have been talking about getting together whenever (if ever) I go to England so I wouldn't be stuck doing all the touristy stuff. I'd like to see that happen sometime.

There are a LOT more of you that I would love to meet, and maybe if this thread sticks around long enough, I'll list some more at another time. For now, I think I've said my piece.

I've met a few people from the forums, though not quite as many as Loco. They were all quite fun to hang out with though

If anyone not from that group, I would probably want to meet Yuna. She doesn't post here anymore though so none of you know her, but she's pretty awesome. And she got me into cosplay too, so ~~ haha. Other than her ... I'd probably want to meet Sean or Nihad (since they both live in the same area) ... though they haven't posted here in ages either, lol.

I don't think I could pick just one person to meet. There are alot of people that I think would be cool to hang out with.

darkVivi-Just because he is a metalhead just like me and I think that he could show me alot of cool metal bands that I've never heard of before.

All of you Aussies-Since I was a wee lad I've always wanted to live in Australia. It would be nice to meet a few of the Aussie members if I visit or move there.

Omega Weapon-This dude is cool and probably one of the nicest people on these forums.

Anyone from Texas-Because that's where I live.

I think it'd be cool meeting any TFFers in real life. I just wouldn't expect to anytime soon, so yeah, it'd be interesting.
That said, if anyone's planning to go near the illawarra, NSW, Australia, give me a buzz. If you'll be down there next weekend, REALLY gimme a buzz. Last 18th party I'm holding and it's gonna be BIG.

And me being me, the more people at the party, the more fun I'll have. And YES it will be a piss-up celtic style.

Not that I WANT it that way, I just think it'd be totally awkward talking to someone on the phone. I'm also pretty shy and quiet around "new" people, and I just wouldn't know what to talk about. Even with my Mom or Sister we'll talk about a couple things for about 5-10 minutes, and then there's a couple minutes of "Uhhhhh....can't.... think... of.... anything... else....really...uhhhhh."

And I think I'd be totally weirded out meeting TFF members, "I'm meeting you for the first time, and yet, I already know you quite well"

I still think a huge massive get together only possible in Fantasy would be better than hanging out with one or two people. I dunno, it just feels unsettling to me. I know when Winter said, "Hey, Cain, you know when you come down to NZ, you can always swing by my place and we can hang out." I was tempted to take him up on his offer, but maybe I got a little paranoid of the thought, and then I realized, "Gee, I don't even know him that much".

So sorry for being a total wuss on the whole thing. I'm sure if I did meet someone like Cesar, I'd feel much better about it. Also I'd like to meet Psychosyd (James, right?), Vick and S (although they're actually close by so that's not entirely out of thew question), Cesar of course, Dragoonheart, and of all people, Ms. Sherry AKA The Lone Moon. I dunno she just seems like such a cheery person, I'd like to meet her (as well as Whitney and Mina for the same reason)
