First of all, that's such a stupid comment "It's not as bad since you're a girl." wtf is that? Anyway, no, it's not bad. And if you have a desire to be with a woman, sexually, in a relationship, etc.. then you may be gay. If you have a desire to be with both, than you may be bi. If it just turned you on because you liked the feeling but it had ntohing to do with the fact that it was a female doing it, then you're probably straight. Don't worry about such things anyway, you're young, you'll find out as you get older.

You like who you like, don't think too hard on it. Love has no boundaries, just let time run it's course. That's all of the advice I can offer to you. Your mother will eventually come around, most likely, if you are indeed gay/bi.

For the original poster, how old are you? I'm guessing you're still in your teens (too lazy to check), so you have plenty of time to figure it out. Listen to Momo Mastermind. It's not a big deal who you like as long as you feel fulfilled and happy. It's hard being anything but the default (straight) on anything in this world, but it's a lot harder feeling like you have to act a certain way your entire life if you're not so inclined.

A lot of the feelings you have right now for guys? They're from watching Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, When Harry Met Sally, Grey's Anatomy...okay, it's from just about every movie you've ever watched, book you've ever read, video game you've ever played, and love song you've ever heard. (Except "She's My Man" by Scissor Sisters. Check it out.) So the assumption that right off the bat you're going to like guys? It's just from programming. You might be gayer than the Indigo Girls, equal opportunity, or straight. But at this point in the game it may be too soon to know what the real, authentic you feels and not what you've been programmed to think.

Preach it my brother haha. No seriously I agree whole heartedly with you Momo. Bahumut, let me tell you something, I told my mom for like the 5th time yesterday that I was Gay, and she still has this feeling of disgust about homosexuals, she's baseing it on the fact that she thinks "God hates Homosexuals". It came up again when I told her that I was going to join a Pride/GLBT club at my college.

She got all angry, and said things like: I won't accept it!, or I don't support it, it makes me feel ill whenever I have to keep telling her, but I think its finally about to sink in seeing as I am going to the Pride/GLBT club today. I was crying my eyes out telling and pretty much on my knees begging her to just understand my feelings. She says: I just want what's best for you." And I said: Well mom, some things that you feel is best for me, may not be what I want for me.

Look and I told her I'm 19, I'm in college, and I'm an adult, I have the freedom to do, or be whatever the hell I want. And I also told her that I am just not attracted to women sexually, and I would never want to sleep with a woman, ever. I just can't, and I don't want to. Pure and Simple. I went like: I don't care weither or not you accept it, but I'm your son, and even if you don't ever accept it, even if you disown or throw me out on the street, I won't stop loving you, that will never change.

I don't know but I have this feeling in the bottom of my heart that she will eventually, understand. But she never wants to talk to me about it, she's my mother, I should be able to talk to her about anything, she said so herself. So I'm taking some conseling, and I'm going to my group club meetings. She ended up giving me a hug, because I was crying and I was very very down like I was at a funeral or something. Anyway Bahumut, I know it won't be easy but give your mother time to let it sink in, it may be awhile, but I know it will happen. And also YOU'LL know if your Gay or not, only you will know. Don't worry about it, and keep faith.

The newspaper that I read has an agony aunt page for those who're under the age of 16. On this page at least once a month someone writes in saying they think they may be homosexual or bisexual.

I'm going to give you the same answer that's always printed: 'Tis ye hormones

Well... All right, that's not exactly what it says, but basically in your teenage years your hormones are going crazy, a lot of people become attracted to their best friend but it's all just a part of growing up. In the end you might just end up a boring heterosexual...

I don't believe in stuff like people choosing their sexuality. Theres also nothing wrong with liking contact with the same sex- if my homosexual friend saw the "is it wrong" thing, he would of gone skitz!

If you feel attraction to both sexes, you could be bi. Thats fine as one of my best friends is bi. I also have gay and straight best friends, which says that sexuality doesnt matter, its the individual that counts. Just be yourself, however you feel, and people will love you for that. I think some women are attractive, but I am still heterosexual. Everyone finds attractiveness in both sexes to some extent (sexual preferences, hormones, love and lust make up sexuality i assume), so may you are heterosexual. You're still young so you should figure things out for yourself, just try not to stress over it, ok?
