Contests...

Okay, so I haven't really told too many people about this, but I entered a Reno 911 contest awhile back and just recently, they chose my profile and I'm one of the two finalists. I'll know if I won on or around the 19th. If you don't believe me, you can check out the video of them talking about me here.

However, to keep things on track, have you ever won a contest before? If so, what was it?

Not really. Nothing like that, anyway.
I'm blessed with totally bss ackward luck.

I've won several fencing tourneys, but certainly never won anything based on my pitiful lack of luck. lol

Cept when I was like in early grade school(before I was homeschooled) I won a T-shirt for designing an anti-smoking poster.

(now I smoke about ten pipefuls every year, plus four packs a year with no telling how many cigars) lol

That's cool Alucard, I watch Reno 911 sometimes at night. Usually I watch it after South Park or Mind of Mencia. Hopefully you win the contest.

Hmm...contests. I've never really done much contests, but I remember this one time when I was in football, this one huge, huge guy who was known to tackle really hard in out school so one day after class all of us decided that whoever can take 5 hard tackles from him wins $100. At first I was like "You've got to be kidding me." No joke though a few of my team mates and I volunteered and each of us took tackles by this guy one by one.You could seriously hear bones crack and the people that wanted to try, you could practically see them flying on the field.

Then my turn came up. I was scared as hell. He gave me this look like he's gonna kill me or something. Then he came running at me yelling, I was just looking at him the whole time, then whack! That shit hurted. I mean the ****er seriously knows how to tackle hard. Time after time it kept hurting more and more. Only me and this other guy was able to stand five hard tackles from him. And the guy gave us both $100 each. Unfortunately after that my body felt sore for about a week.

For some reason, when I think contests I'm thinking Fear Factor. I've always wanted to go on that show and do some crazy shit....

Competitions huh? I think I won the what magazine colouring competition. OK,OK, i know it's lame but i entered it for fun anyway. I still can't believe i won though...I didn't put in effort.

I've won art competitions before. And sports-related things.

Art because... well, that's obvious. I like the whole art thing, so... yeah.

And sports, because I'm a surprising physical-keep-fit type of person.

I've never won anything based on luck -- only based on skill. I guess when it comes down to it, the thig I won was a lollypop... So ironic...
