~The Bomb~

You are faced with a bomb, a foutain, a 3-gallon jug and a 5-gallon jug.
you need to get EXACTALY four gallons of water in the 5-gallon jug and place it on a scale to disable the bomb.

how do you do it?

i know this was in a movie and i don't care....

THE ANSWER

Spoiler: fill up the 5-gallon jug, pour water into the 3-gallon jug until full this gives you 3 in the 3gj (gj = gallon jug) and 2gallons in the 5gj pour out the water in the 3gj pour the 2 gallons in the 3gj, and fill up the 5gj. pour 1 gallon into the 3gj with 2 gallons in it. WICH GIVES YOU 4 GALLONS OF WATER IN THE 5 GALLON JUG!!! congratz! you live
