This is fun!

I've been doing things lately to take my mind off other things. And having been bored, it's been up to me to occupy myself these past few days since I'm pretty ill right now.

Anyway, I was checking out my Sound Effect Manager on my pc... and suddenly had fun putting all my songs into high and low speed.

All in all, Elton John sounds better as a chipmunk, Joe Romersa sounds the same in the lowest setting and Akira Yamaoka tracks sound pretty good with and without them.

The point is, I've had FUN doing this. I've been giggling at how funny people sound when they're all high-pitched.

The question is, have you ever had fun with the most stupidest, childish thing?

If so, when was it, and what were you having fun doing?

I used to purposely IM people who were away and rate their away messages. XD I eventually got bored and stopped, though. I also had a huge collection of random away messages that had nothing to do with anything, I just found them amusing. I should start that up again, TO's Time Machine was always great for making people go WTF? XD

Then there was the random cat pictures I kept posting in my journal...and rawring at people when I'm bored just to see what they say...in FFXI I let Vrtra eat me once.

I'm very easily amused so just about anything will do.

I can definately relate to you on that one. Well, sort of. Most of the time I just stare blankly and giggle about something later when nobody else is around. Because I'm creepy like that.

I remember about three years ago, I used to call my best friend "Cheeks" as well. (I didn't remember that until he reminded me just lately, actually.) For some reason, I called him that and I found it really hilarious.

...Not that I'd laugh about it when anyone was around. Just when I was alone. Once again, creepiness. xD

I once played on some penguin website for an hour with my friend in the university library. Like I forget the name of the site but it was some like interactive chat site for little kids where you pick a penguin and customize him then you roll around the penguin town talkin to other penguins. You can like play games and get penguin money. It was very entertaining for that one hour, but never have I gone back.

Lessee... the most recent instance that I can think of where something really stupid amused me was when I owned Banjo Kazooie for a little while. The game itself never caught my interest, but the pause menu did. See, whenever you'd switch the cursor to one of the options, one of the characters would "talk." They were set to a specific option, too: Banjo was set to one, his girlfriend was set to one, and I think the puzzle piece was the last one. I don't remember what the options were at all now, though.

So... I would rythmically switch the cursor to those different options, to the beat of the background song. They'd go "Uh?" "Oh!" "Mi-mi!" "Um!" "Uh?" "Oh!" "Mi-Mi!" "Um!" "Uh?" "Oh!" "Mi-Mi!" etc. I don't think it actually held my attention for very long, though...

It's also fun to piss the animals off in Animal Crossing, sometimes. Particularly the female snobs, because sometimes they will say "Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!" and they say it exactly the same each time. Their insults were so ridiculous. "You better watch out, or you'll be cruisin' for a bruisin'!" Heh.

You were probably thinking more along the lines of non-video game stupid things, eh? I can't think of any right now, but I know I've done some before. Anyhoo...

hehe I'm a randomly childish person so if i find anything which entertains me i'll play with it but the thing i usually do it with is.......*thinks* was a chatroom I got seriously bored so i went on a irrelivent chatroom where everyone are noobs so i flooded it then got booted and did it again , it sounds pretty pathetic but the noobs was doing my head in...

Yeah... my first week back at uni. We went to check out the local park but didn't find anything much there. We did find an old tyre, however. Then we started playing frisbee with it. It kind of hurt, so we ripped out the steel rings, and we played some more.

Well, I am on leave from the army for a month. I've had several days where I am sitting at home bored off my ass. Luckilly my cat was here for me to play fetch with. She wil take her toy, drop it in my lap and annoy me till I give in and throw it. Then she chases it across the house, pretends to catch it and kill it and brings it back to me to start the whole thing over again. I don't understand how she can do this for hours on end. My damn arm got tired and she still had just as much energy each time. She even tries to play with me while I'm sleeping. We are going on a three day straight game right now.

there are a few things that are stupid that amuse me like a sqeeky board in a house, turning songs around on my computer so i can hear them backwards(its just so funny), or sliding across a wet parking lot while standing up, or sliding with a skinboard in puddles after a storm.

im also amused by sitting in front of the computer all day im both bord and excited at the same time lol. i also find it amusing that im proud of haveing 5 channels.
