Hahahaha, yes. You saw it right. Lover Boy is going to try to defend kiddie porn.

No one ever makes the few valid rguments against the complete bashing of kiddie porn. Yes, a guy having sex with a 7 year old girl is wrong (also nearly impossible) but what about two consenting 12 year olds? In the past, 12 year old children were sold off into marriage and started families. These 12/13 year old wives conceived children, so the idea of sex before the age of 18 can not be so incredibly twisted if our bodies were designed to begin being able to produce offpring at around the age of 13.

If you're religious, wouldn't God not give us the ability to have sex if he didn't want us to? And for people on the secular side of the coin, if there is no God, then why bother with morality? At this point, it is a mixture of our instinctuous nature to reproduce and our drive for physical satisfaction.

Again, I point to our natural drive for physical satisfaction. Let's take our average 8th grader. He wants to masturbate and have sex. But he's attracted to 8th grade girls. Wouldn't it be wrong to force him into pleasing himself to girls that are over 18? Wouldn't this skew his idea of relationships to the point where he would want to only enter a relationship with someone over the age of 18? And wouldn't that be incredibly ****ed up?

And the line is so horrible when it comes to the underage/of age concept. I have been in college for nearly two months though. I have met many incredibly vapid and whorish girls. Meanwhile, I have 16 year old friends back home who are more responsible and intelligent. Shouldn't they have more right to enter into the porn industry, what with them being more responsible?

The difference between legal and illegal is a minute. Fair?

I think child pornography is general is illegal because a lot people taking children have been taking advantage by abusing them physically, mentally & sexually. Normally, I would instantly say "Holy shit, that guy is ****ed up on some shit.." I still do to a degree but only to a degree because you have a very potent agruement.

I think when you in a normal convosation with somebody and you mention child pornography the majority would think of some young boy/girl being raped and sexually abused/tormented.

I personally disagree with your opinion but if you think about it child pornography in the majority's eyes is very bad but child sex is porn. Child pornography is overlooked as a sub catogory of child porn.

I'm against you because children aren't meant for pornography, especially not at tender ages and surely you can't base your arguement on one, maybe two cases. If they are real and true?

It's not age as much as common sense and wisdom. If a 13yr old makes a conscious decision to be a pornstar and boink consenting people of the same age, why not let them (especially if they are physically capable of getting off)? As long as they are smart enough to use protection, get themselves checked for STDs, etcetera, what's the harm?

But I do agree about the under age sex. If a person is ready then to have sex but is underage I think that they should, but as long as they are sure that they are ready. I dont know what the age limit is to your counrty im guessing 18? But in england it is 16. I think thought 10-14 years olds shouldnt have sex as I think that there still no in the state of mind of what they want yet.

Is you look at the scientific side of child sex, imagine the internal injuries due to sexual abusing.

Sure, being raped or physically exploited is pretty much generally not something you should do, but if two people are consensual, I don't really see the harm. I do think young people who get themselves into these messes often do regret it, and this is pretty much another reason as to why there are age limits on this type of thing. The governments' way or saying "we care"? Probably not. But at the same time, there are things that are blatantly sick and wrong. Grown men having sex with babies and young children is what I mean by that.......basically.

heheh, I'm still amused to could make sucj an argument about such a subject that actually makes some.

I pretty much agree with everyone else, if it is consentual, it is okay, but I feel the line should be drawn somewhere, children do need to be educated first, or things could go wrong, very wrong.

Remember that biological fact everyone: As soon as you gap someone's age by 20 or 30 years, you become their parent. You could live on opposite sides of the world, but you're still related now and it is therefore no different than masturbating to your son or daughter. Such an age we live in to be able to make such scientific conclusions.

I love the irony in that, I want have to disagree with the discussion we had last night.

Though I assume this is a joke I will take a serious approach. First off all you can't just assume their age describes their personality, physical and emotional reasoning to a pin point. Speaking from experiance age is the least important factor, I see 12 year olds on here who act more mature than most 20 year olds. I knew this 13 year old who had more sex than most of the people here put together and she enjoyed it obviously, never got pregnant or anything.

Don't get me wrong age is a factor and anything under 12 is pretty much wrong but there are several things you need to put into consideration:

Men are naturally attracted to innocene, perhaps a balance from the whole macho thing but I can't say.

Virgin sex is popular, and it isn't exactly easy to find a virgin at 16

It's going to happen anyway.

Personally I have kind of set the limit at 16 seem as how that is the legal age in NZ but I think 13 would be my real limit depending on the person.

Truth be told, I am a right wing fundamentalist Christian and I firmly believe we should raise the age of consent to 85. Anyone who engages in sexual activity (especially masturbation or sodomy) under that age is a rancid sinner and deserves to be castrated.
