Ankle Trouble
about 4 months ago i sprained my ankle and tore a legament and tendon i've been doing Pyshical theaopy and it's helping but come on 2 months of it and it still hurts (when i skate) does anyone know how to speed up the process of healing torn legament or tendon? If someone could help i would be thankful.

Errr. This belongs in general chat. However, I think you should see a docotr and ask them for more details on how to heal up faster.
You probably need some kind of painkillers. And stop skating until you're healed.

There is NO way to speed up the process, torn ligimants take time to heal, and rest....
ive suffered 7 broken ankles, and you'll always feel a little different, but its much better not to rush things, because if you do your ankle will be super weak, then you'll be like me, instead of spraining, your break it whenever you roll over on it.... Patience is the best thing you could have for your ankle, painkillers only mask the problem
