Strange Things We Believed As Children

Well I used to believe in Santa, Easter Bunny, Toot Fairy, all that jazz of people.

I also used to believe that if a guy kissed a girl with his mouth open it would get the girl pregant, which meant that I thought that, that was how they had sex.

Haha yeah I have no idea how I got that idea.

You know what? I believed in God too! And the even crazier thing is... I still do! Gee, I must be one gullible little shit, huh?

Anyhoo... I used to believe that the priest in our church was God, apparently. In the same vain, I used to believe that everyone was a christian (unless they were evil.)

I also believed that there was an evil wizard that lived in the pantry at the back of my room, in like some hidden dungeon thing at the back of it. My parents put a lock on it for me. I still feel funny if the lock isn't secured... it has to be locked.

That's about as much as I can remember about now.

I thought that tears were created my drinking too much water. When my family started laughing I thought I was the smartest thing in the world. I found out later why they were laughing^^.

I deduced that by watching Beavis and Butthead Do America.

I also used to think making music would be an extremely easy process..

I used to think people would laugh at anything, now after the succes of Little Britain, I know it not just think it.

I believed that by sleeping under the blanket, any demons, ghosts, monsters and other scary things can't find me. They could be hovering right over me at night and they still can't sense me through my blanket.

When I was 4, I saw my aunt move a tall potted plant. Because it was tall and she was moving it, the plant rustled and waved. But li'l ol' me thought the plant was alive and was trying to eat my aunt. I screamed bloody murder and refused to get near potted plants for a year. It didn't help that the original Mario Bros. game had a vicious man-eating plant in the game nor was the movie, "____-something Shop of Horrors": featiured man-eating plants.

That makes two of us. I still believe in God and I will untill I die. Beacuse all things have a reason to it. And it dosent bother me that thou dosen't. It bothers me that some people stop believing in god just to be cool.
To me God is hope for a better future. And people without hope are people who haveno future.....
What makes thou go tick-tack if it is not God? And don't say money, money is not hope, it is a goal for some.
