Rai, pronounced R-eye... Is a characters second name from a book named Empire of Fire... Blackthorne is a general in a book name The Chronicles of Raven: Nightwise, I combined them because I use them in a story I wrote and I really liked it, so... Bam... I used it.

I picked Kenshin back in 2001 because at the time I saw the OVA of the Kenshin series and instantly became a big fan. However, nowadays I don't really like the series or anime in general. I first actually joined the forums back around 1999 as dragoon_kain but I don't really know if anyone around is still around to remember me because I wasn't that big of member then. I've been somewhat loyal to Tff.com though almost 10 years now and I still come to visit every now and then.

So, my name isn't Telegraph anymore. It's Taco. That's because everyone started calling me that when my SN was Taco Del Fish, Tele Taco, and Calamity Taco. What the hell was that all about, you might ask. Or not. You probably don't give a shit. Fuck you, I'm gonna tell you anyway.

Taco Del Fish was born simply so I could advertise for the restaurant Taco Del Mar, which is the best place to buy supreme burritos EVER!! Tele Taco was a retarded combination of Telegraph and Taco Del Fish, which Strong Bad came up with. I was drunk at the time he came up with it, so I went along with it. Calamity Taco was spicy southern taco that has jalapenos, or something (actually, I made it up, DIP SHIT. I just had an idea for a banner that would go along with it.) Who the hell do I keep on swearing at, anyways? Does anyone know? Why the FUCK am I SO DAMNED PISSED OFF?!! Maybe I should take therapy, see a shrink... Musa said he was going to be a shrink... maybe I should just stop by his house some day, see if he likes that. HUH?!

There is something I've been meaning to clear up for some time, guys; I'm not an actual taco. I do not contain lettuce, tomato, cheese, beans, or whatever ingredients you like in a taco. Well, my old username was Valentine89. Basically, since this is a Final Fantasy forum, I wanted a Final Fantasy name. My favorite characters are Sabin, Edgar, Zell and Vincent. If I chose any of these names, there would of been a lot of gender confusement, so I chose Valentine (Vincent's surname, and yeah it's a guy's name, but its kinda represented as a lovey-dovey femanine thingy). 89 is the year I was born, so Valentine89 came up. Sounds like a lot of thought went into the name, but it didn't really. The irony is, everyone still thought I was a guy until they saw my pictures! XD

As for my new username, I like X-men and have been watching the movie shitloads, and have been watching the old cartoon version, and evolution too. I wanted name change, and went for my favorite of the x-men... Storm. I also like thunderstorms, which goes well there. If the name wasn't Storm, it would of been Nightcrawler, Mystique or Toad... my other favorites.

My previous usernames, Shiva and Govinda, were Hindu deity names. I like that religion.

My new one is Srendi Vashtar, a ferret from a short story by Saki. I won't wreck the story by telling you what happens in it, but basically, Sredni Vashtar is an angry boy's ferret, and turns into his God, in a way; the chicken doesn't join the Cult of Sredni Vashtar, mind.

My username is Helter Skelter.

Helter Skelter is a song on The Beatles' White Album.

What I did was that I thought of the song's title, then decided to use it as my name on TFF. Clever? I think so.

Shall I write more? Well, ok, I don't want to look like I'm spamming when I actually clearly am, and this entire topic is made of such spam.

Helter Skelter was written mainly by Paul McCartney, but with a little help from his friends (SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!!?!?!), and a quality group performance later, they had the song recorded.

And then it was my name.

I could have sworn I posted in this topic but there is no little black circle so I guess I will post my reasons for this and my old name.

Lord GrimSword - I was sick of using the same names so I just made up something random which was that.

Wintermetal - When I first came here I wanted this current username but it was taken so I decided to name it after the band Wintersun which could kind of be defined as Winter Metal.

Paysage d'Hiver - A Great Dutch Ambient/Black Metal band, it means Landscape of Winter.

Winter - Even though it hardly ever snows in NZ I love the Winter hence I wanted it but I could not chose it until I saw the other Winter change it so I quickly changed it, I probably will keep it for a while though I dunno yet.

Oooooh, the low-down on all of my names?

Chez Daja (probably explained it earlier, but I'll do it again anyway.) -

Chez = derived from Linkin Park's Chester Bennington, Chez was a nickname I earned in my early teens, since I had a liking for the vocalist's sense of humour and singing.

It was actually given to me by a good friend and my ex-boyfriend who made it for me together, although I was first named "Chez" by family members who knew I liked the singer and abbreviated his name for me. Originally, my ex friend had picked me the name "Chez Shi", to which did not live long for the pure fact that I hated it. Chez became my alias everywhere, though, and even people in real life would spot me and yell out "hey Chez", or something, so it's stuck with me now.

Also, Chez sounds like "chairs" said quickly. And Chez is also like "cheese"... And I really like cheese a lot.

It's also a slang word for semen. Although we hadn't known this at the time. The name Chez reminds me of myself, and not the creators -- although big props to the girl that helped picking it out for me. Sort of a childhood nickname now.

Daja = Daja. D.A.J, my first three initials. At the age of eleven, I wrote one of my first books, in which a girl from the past was named Daja. At a young age, she had been enclosed in ice and was know specifically as a hopelessly cold person, but also a deep romantic who enjoyed the time of her friends.
I always liked the name, and so forth used it alongside Chez.

Daja is also a slang word for African Marijuana.


Angela Orosco = My second name here at TFF. Angela Orosco was a girl in Silent Hill 2, who had abused as a child and repeatedly beaten up by her aggressive father, who she later killed. Angela lives in her own little world, which is a world of hatred, depression, fire and endless suicide attempts.

In Silent Hill, she is depicted on the floor of an apartment complex, holding a knife over her wrist.

As I had been pretty mildly abused as a child, luckily mostly verbally (although not sexually as Angela had been), and a sufferer of mild depression, I felt somewhat connected to her character... the only difference is I'm not mentally insane.

...Well... Not in a blatantly noticeable way. >_>;.

Anyway, that somewhat depressing username lasted for about two days and then I changed back to Chez Daja.

Walter Sullivan = My third name at TFF, Walter Sullivan is a character from Silent Hill 4: The Room. As a baby, Sullivan had been abandoned in an apartment room. He grew up to be a murderer and spent time in a Water Prison where he presumably atsome points of the game, committed suicide.
Anyway, he's a fun character, haha.

Then back to Chez Daja again.

Oh I almost forgot I was "Odin" for a while, I quite liked that username and chose it cause of my huge interest in Nordic Paganism. However I decided it would be best to change it due to people confusing it with the real Odin (not the Final Fantasy 1) otherwise I would probably still be using it.

First I was Ambika, this impersonation of Kali who kills guys who aren't worthy enough of getting down with her, then I was Xantcha, this sexless newt of Phyrexia, then Mariko, the Ultimate Diclonius, the Nemesis, which is my BoD name, but since Mariko stuck...

I went back to Mariko. I like how it sounds anyhoo. Mariko. Maarriikooooo. !
