PS2? I didn't like either FFX or FFX-2 so much. My fav FF is 8. But you can play it in both PS and PC. Seriously, I don't know. I think that Game Cube has only FFCC. As for GBA and DS, they have only remakes apart from FFTA. I don't think that this is sucha good thread. Also add more content to your posts like the mods say.

Oh, and one more thing. I think that the only FF for PC is XI. I know that there are also FF7, 8 and 9 for PC, but those were originally made for PS.

I liked the PSX.

FFIX, VI and VIII were the only FF's I really liked, so I'd have to say PS. I didn't like X or X-2 at all. I think they're mediocre games, with mediocre chatacters. So it's PSX in my opinion. (Or PSONE, whichever you prefer to call it.)

I agree with that, except I don't think X was mediocre, I thought it was okay.
X-2 was a little mediocre though.

The psx was the main console that launched FF to a wide audience, but many loved them on nintendo . i started on FF VII so i have to say psx .

The PS had the best cause it has most of the final fantasy games like 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 i may be forgetting some. The PS2 had FFX which is one of the best ff games there is (my opinion) but thats the only good ff game it had. The PS had many great FF games so thats easily the best system for Final Fantasy.

I liked the FF games for PSX. I thought they had a better story line and longer game play than PS2. I did like FFX and it was a pretty good game, but I thought that the games for PSX such as FF7 and FF8 were much better.

What about the Super Nintendo? My favorite FF are both on the SNES. I mean come on. FF IV and VI were awsome. I understand that you can know get both of them on the playstation but I still enjoyed them more on the SNES because they were new and exciting.

Still since the SNES was not on there I voted for the playstation. I really like the old games the best they were more about the game and less about the grafix.

i agree with maxpower. where's the SNES? i only played FF 4 though, but that's what started me on the whole series. it was that good.

I think that the PS had the best FF games although i think that the first FFs at SNES were very good. PS2's FFs were OK but they can not be compared under no condition with PS's

PS had the longest FF timeline. The classics when remaked amuse me, especially FF 7, 8 and 9.

Definitely the Ps2. FFX was a truly amazing game and with the long wait for FF XII tocome out and play,it will make the pS2 have the best FF games out of all consoles.

I'm gonna say PS2. But that's just my opinion of course o.o FFX is what got me into FF, and RPG's in general. And all this talk of FFXII being the best FF so far really has me exited ^.^ Don't get me wrong, I like the PS1 and the SNES as much as the next guy (girl o.o) but if it wasnt for the PS2, Iwouldnt be playing FF at all o.O

i liked the nes ans snes, because they had all the classics, and dont say playstation because it had the remakes, cuz that doesnt count. anyways, i liked the snes the best because final fantasy 4 was the first ive played and my favorate as well. also i like it because i really love 6 as well because i like it way more than 7!
